  Dream Cruise Weekend

  Nice, clean, convient motel. This is Our second stay at this Property and I highly recomend it. Clean, well kept grounds and parking area, well illuninated and clean. Nice restruant and bar area. Corey handled Our check in and answered all My questions even some before I asked. The only problem We had was with the Tv and it was handled very quickly!

  Pleasant Stay but some problems

  For the most part, this was a very enjoyable stay. There were a few issues which could have really been bad if it had been another time of year or in different circumstances. I did bring up the two main issues with the night clerk the night before I checked out (not the guy who checked me in). Basically I was really amazed that the rug in the room was so nice. The TV was adequate, but the initial issues were that when I entered the room, it was dark and the light switch for the room (near the door) did not turn on lights. I was able to get in and turn on the bath light so that I could go into the room, and get to the lamps I could see where they were and see if they would turn on. The ones in between the beds worked but both other lamps (standing on floor and one on desk) were not even plugged in. It was the one on the desk that should have turned on when the switch was on. If I was not even confident that this was a good place, I would not even have entered the room. That said, the fridge was not on or plugged in. With the overflowing plugs into that area I decided not to chance trying to plug it in. This would have been a big dealbreaker on a room if it had been a warm day or if I was staying longer than I was. Lastly, I only stayed two nights, and was able before I got in to have a shower at home so that when I decided to shower the last night, it was not a huge imposition (though it was gross to see) that I could not do so because as soon as I turned on the water in the tub, it flowed out dirty brown, and it even took effort to get it to shut mostly off (it still dripped). I mentioned the pipe issue and the fridge issue to the night staff and it seemed like it was pretty usual to not really have the fridges available with a decent plug that was not overloaded and he said he would refer the bathtub issue to the guy who took care of that. So hopefully he did. On something like this, it was not offered, but probably should have been to have another room opened so that I could take a shower. Really, part of a nights stay is freshening up. Lastly, I will mention that the location of the Fridge makes it very easy for someone to exit the bathroom and run right into it (the top edge can be very unforgiving). Although I bumped into it once, I did so at an angle that did not do damage to me. But it is very poorly placed. Kudos to the guy who checked me in (Cory) as he was very pleasant and efficient in handling my check-in.

  Shella is at the front desk setting the bar high! Big smile, polite, and funny! I had an Expedia booking and at first I was a little confused, but she walked me through it! Thanks for helping me Shella!

  No Surprises

  What you would expect from a Quality Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The building is starting to show its age. The en-suite bathrooms, which take the heaviest beating, were in need of a refresh, but they were clean.

  Awesome Stay

  Christina is AWESOME!!! I never knew a front desk associate could be so nice, professional and inviting. She was flat out awesome! The room was as expected..it was nice. The bed springs were a little out of shape on one side of the bed but I slept comfortability. It was an overall awesome stay.
