  Old and run down

  This hotel is in serious need of updates, paint, carpet, decor, you name it. The pool wasnt working. The beds are terrible, my back hurts every morning. The doors dont lock from the outside like they are supposed to. Wifi is free and available but doesnt work well enough to support any device. The outside trash cans are constantly full and parking lot is not well maintained. The rooms do have fridges so thats a plus.

  Disappointinf

  We stayed here for a family wedding. The property is clearly older and the decor feels dated. Our room had a funny smell and a damp feel. We finally tracked it down to the air conditioning unit dripping on to the carpet near the door. Our bathroom had a broken towel rack. The mattresses were acceptable but nothing to get excited about. Breakfast was unexceptional, but in an era of COVID-19, when everything has to be prepackaged, thats hardly the propertys fault.

  Very Nice Place

  Just spent one night here but it was a very nice experience. Front desk was helpful and check in was quick and efficient. The room was fine. Others have mentioned old and musky but I didnt see that at all. Due to Covid no breakfast but that was fine by me. Overall I think as Quality Inns go it was way better than the average. Clean, comfortable room at a decent price. If thats what you want then this is the pace for you.

  Aged but nice

  This hotel is located directly off of I-49 and a few miles north of I-44. I was very easy to get to. This old girl is starting to show her age, but was still quite nice and, for the price, you're simply not going to beat it. The lobby was very grand and nice. We had a standard king room which was unexpectedly very large. The carpet could use use replacing, but wasn't nasty by any stretch of the imagination. I felt quite safe at the location and wasn't worried about somebody breaking into my car or anything like that, as I have with some other discount hotels. If you're looking for a hotel that strictly enforces masks, this isn't the place for you. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

  Best Experience Ever

  We travel the US and this by far is the best property to date. The staff is amazing, the rooms are large comfortable extremely clean. Ample towels, lovely pool, wonderful breakfast selection. Beautiful lobby and is impeccably maintained.
