  Very Disappointing

  This hotel seems to have very little maintenance. Noticed that both public bathrooms were out of order. I wanted to get a soda, but both vending machines in the hotel were broken. As far as our room, one of the pillows had dried blood stains on it, and half of the smoke detector in the room was missing. And to top it off, when you drive up to the hotel, there is a junk car with the windows replaced with plastic sitting in front of the hotel.

  Bad Experience

  We booked this room for 1 night in a King suite for 3 adults. We were given 2 towels and 2 wash cloths and no bedding for the pullout sofa bed. Also, was told we did not have pillow cases yet, but someone would get them to us. I had to get get more towels, wash cloths and bedding for the pullout sofa and then someone LOUDLY banged on our door at almost MIDNIGHT, to give us the freakin pillow cases. MIDNIGHT, is that a normal policy? Why would they deliver something at MIDNIGHT unless it was just requested? Most people are asleep at that time of the night. Also, the TV in front of King bed did not change channels. The coke machine was broken, too. I honestly expect a reply from this and a some type of refund. I don't have the booking number and it is not on the receipt I had to have emailed to me. You can look it up by my name, Dede Hicks,(which was spelled wrong by the person who took my reservation) was for 6-13-20, 1 night.

  Not Clean! Poor Customer Service

  We stayed here in June for 2 nights and it was horrible. After we arrived at our room I unpacked everything. When it was time to go to sleep I looked at the bedding and it was filthy. Bedding had not been changed and the bed skirt at the head of the bed was absolutely disgusting. I contacted the front desk and the person didn't seem to care, but said I could change rooms if I wanted. I received another call from the front desk asking if I was going to change rooms. I was tired but it was just too filthy to remain in our room. I took photos and showed the front desk person who then told me I probably "received a room that had NOT BEEN CLEANED." (Appears this was not the first time.) I had already unpacked and spent time in that room. There were no housekeepers there on that day according to the front desk. I received keys to another room, looked at the bedding and moved into that room. So late at night I had to repack and move everything to a different room which appeared cleaner and did have a "clean" sign on the bed. Once I tried to relax I realized the TV in front of the bed did not work, so I went to the other area and noticed the couch was very dirty. I called the front desk but did stay in that room since the bedding appeared clean. When we tried to check out there was no one at the front desk. We waited 10-15 minutes and called but no one was around. I called later to request my bill and also requested a manager contact me, but that never happened. I called again and finally received my bill, which did NOT have a discount for having to change rooms which I thought we were entitled to at that point. Terrible Hotel and do not recommend. Not worth the money and NOT CLEAN.

  good location

  very good location. came to see daughter dance at OU. will be back in May for the graduations. Front Desk associate was very friendly and found us good restaurant. we had 2 rooms. room number 202 and 203.

  Dirty Room

  We booked a queen suite and upon arrival we were given a suite but it had no sofa, chair or coffee table like The pictures show. We were given a new room the following day which had a sofa but no coffee table. We booked the suite as we were visiting grandchildren and had them stay a few nights with us and played board games. Since no coffee table us senior citizens had to get down on the floor. Both rooms were dirty, towels we limited and one blanket had a cigarette burn. Empty shampoo bottle In bathroom, what appeared to be a hair Ball on the floor in bathroom and Under desk had some debris that I was afraid to look at There was no breakfast Due to covid which I understand but we didnt even have coffee in our room. They have a sign that says under new management, but I can tell you its gotten worse since January 2021. This could be a really great hotel if they would Clean as beds are comfortable and is in a great Location.
