  Great place to stay

  Spending a few days playing golf in this small town. Friendly staff. More than enough area in the room. Had a couch that made it nice. Also mini fridge. Bed is comfortable and a/c definitely blows cold. Breakfast is your basics, nothing fancy. Lots of amenities on site including an Indoor pool, workout room, reading room. Definitely recommend a stay here.

  Pleasant place to stay. Clean and comfortable.

  My family and I reserved 2 double queen rooms, 1 non-smoking and 1 smoking, for one night while we stayed over in Glen Rose to attend The Promise. I booked our reservations on Choice Hotels' website as they offered the best price compared to others for the date I needed. Unfortunately, when The Promise is showing on weekends the hotels in Glen Rose tend to jack up their prices. Luckily I booked fairly early so my rate was not too inflated. When we arrived, check in was easy and the front desk clerk was pleasant. We were informed that the elevator was not working after taking damage during a recent storm. Our rooms were on the second floor but it was simple to use the stairs. We found our rooms clean, roomy and comfortable. We are in the middle of a Texas summer and the air conditioner worked fantastic so it was greatly appreciated. We picked up a few items from the vending machine so that was handy. My husband was not overly impressed with the breakfast but otherwise, the hotel was just fine. Our rooms had everything we needed and worked well for a pleasant night's stay.

  Vacation

  Was a great place to stay. Quite, clean, indoor pool and hot tub! Stayed here with my grandson and we were the only ones in the pool! That was awesome! Room was cool and comfortable. Everything was perfect.

  Excellent Stay for 3 Day

  The Hotel Staff was very friendly. We originally planned to stay two days but added a 3rd day. The Facility was very clean and close to our Daughter's house. Our room was excellent - very clean, comfortable bed, lots of pillows, plenty of towels, and amenities. Mike was very helpful when we had trouble with our room card.

  Wonderful stay

  Great hotel. Cleanest we have stayed in all week and the ONLY one serving a hot breakfast. Covid protocols in place and friendly service. The owner takes great pride and keeps everything stocked. We will definitely stay here when we come back through
