  Excellent stay

  Called a different motel first and the guy was very rude. Called Quality Inn and they were so friendly and accommodating we went there. Very glad we did, ended up staying 4 nights. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and the sheets are so soft. Plenty of pillows and towels. Great rate and only charged me for one pet. Granted my two are small but still the manager didn't have to only charge me for one. Very quiet, don't be afraid to stay here. Wonderful staff, great stay.

  Not the quality you expect from Quality

  Hotel is easy to find, easy to use free parking. But you will be required to drive to every attraction, unlike some other options on Wisconsin Dells Parkway or the other main street in town. Breakfast offerings are standard, but kept much cleaner and organized than most. However, as we are frequent users of Choice chain hotels and where they stand on the spectrum, this is not a quality hotel. Bathroom cieking was cracked and peeling, shower curtain stained, and numerous scuff and wear marks that indicate a touch up or revitalizing is necessary. Daily newspaper a plus. No exercise machines or room.

  Nice, clean room of standard quality for chain hotel

  The room was clean and the property fairly quiet, even with me being right next to the pool. I was disappointed that they didn't even offer a grab and go breakfast like other chain hotels are doing during the pandemic, but at least they are prioritizing safety. I had difficulty finding a staff member to both check me in and for check out, but I am assuming they were operating with skeleton staff.

  Never Again !

  The Asian desk clerk was so rude -yelling at us -did not give us a chance to talks. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We left and stayed at Econolodge next door which was at least guest friendly.

  Stay away

  Worst property in the area. Super rude staff. The heating and cooling did not work. Pool water was ice cold. Sheets were filthy. The front desk was rude. We politely asked several times for sheet changing but nothing was done. The water pressure in the bathroom was ultra slow and the toiletries were the cheapest.
