  Great customer service

  The staff here is very professional. They were very accommodating, I made a mistake when making a reservation and booked the wrong month. When we got to the hotel they said I didnt have a reservation but they looked it up, and changed our reservation no problem. Also just refunded our "nonrefundable deposit" for the Binghamton graduation.

  Very pleased

  rooms are clean and staff is wonderful. Manager was very attentive and caring. Made sure I had a mask to wear. Asked if my room was to my liking. Bathrooms are a little small. Good security. Easy to get to. Close to stores and Highway.

  Unsafe pool area

  On top of all other issues. The front desk clerk had a bad attitude. The pool area is unsafe and unsanitary. Completely unsafe at this hotel. A pool stair broke off when stepped on and almost cut up my food. Almost all the chairs had electrical tape on the rusty broken off feet real safe . And to top it off a cheap rag that was on the hose to patch a hole that spayed everywhere right next to the electrical outlet . There was duct tape holding up the cheap broken liner in the pool. This whole pool area is completely unsafe. I am also reporting all of unsafe hazards to the health department

  Great hotel

  Friendly accommodating staff. Hotel is clean. Food onsite too which is always good when your too lazy to go anywhere. Complimentary breakfast is good even with covid restrictions they done a nice job making sure everyone feels safe

  ok, not great

  I would have given it 3 stars if the front desk person was wearing a mask. First I had to wait for her, stood there for a while, then rang the bell and waited some more. They have plexiglass up, but she was not wearing any kind of face covering. Right now, with infection rates where they are, is unacceptable. The room is fine, a bit beat, worn. We were here for 1 night, so it was fine. Room seemed clean, just worn. Not floor towel for the bathroom. Drop ceiling with damage. shower head pulls out of the wall. The place needs some TLC.
