  Comfortable room

  Stayed one night..quick check in, spacious room, good location, kitchen had the basics which was helpful although I thought the $2 charge for one coffee pod was ridiculous , tea and coffee should be complimentary.

  Run as a brothel

  Was looking for a great deal for an impromptu visit to Ballarat, was central and fairly well priced .. well I now know why! I had a room either side of me with what I'm assuming was a prostitute. Lots of different men were knocking on the doors at all hours and the occupants would regularly meet out the front on my room to chat loudly to each other and on their phones on loudspeaker in Chinese late the night. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I left in the middle of the night and checked into a 24hr reception at The Mid City which was an older property but cheaper, comfortable and free hot buffet breakfast was included, fantastic!

  Very large suites Large spa

  Well this was a surprise Very nice clean hotel Suites were awesome Bed had beautiful Linen and very comfortable Staff were a bit quiet but efficient Spa was huge Very well placed 100 metres from good pubs and restaurants For me it was a winner Rooms nice and warm good aircon as well

  Beautiful, spacious hotel room!

  we stayed at this hotel for an overnight visit and we were surprised by how big the room was!! Separate bedroom with a soft bed, spacious bathroom with a massive walk in shower and nice kitchen/dining area. Definitely would recommend staying here again, we will be back!!

  Most Traumatising stay of my life

  The room was decent but slightly dirty with stained blankets and hairs in the bath tub, should of seen that as a warning sign and stayed AWAY from the spa bath! After sitting in the bath for a few minutes with the jets on I was concerned as they were not working, all of a sudden a piece of pink rubber that looked like flesh appeared in the water, assuming it came out of the jets I quickly got out and opened the door to the baths filter, inside was rubbish and a FLESH LIGHT.. putting two and two together, someone has used this adult toy in the bath, broken it and possibly shoved it in the jets and then dumped it in the filter compartment and now myself and possibly guests before have bathed in someones used toy. With this said the blame can not be put fully on the hotel as they wouldnt of known it was in there but it was very obvious the room has not been correctly cleaned.
