  Felt at home!!!

  Without any notice to Quality Inn..Lisa at the front desk helped us with a crisis..our bathroom in our house needed to be torn out and replaced..leaving us with full time jobs to get ready for..no shower no bathroom..summer time and reservations were full everywhere..we also had our cat..Lisa found a room..and allowed us to check in early when the plumbers arrived and we had to leave our house..the whole staff was just amazing!!! Carl came to our room and even put in a brand new sate of the art shower head ..we wanted for nothing..they even loved our pet!! Thank you so much for such great service..clean rooms..yummy breakfast..I will always recommend this hotel!!! Joe and Trish Walsh

  Excessive pet charges

  $25 per night for our one elderly 13lb dog for three nights. The room was clean and of adequate size for our needs but nothing special enough to warrant paying $425 for three nights however we did appreciate a clean room to stay in as we found it difficult to find a place to stay in this area

  Great place to stay!

  We were here for a wedding being held at a campground in Buchanan. However, we don't camp, so opted to stay here. Clean room, comfy bed and nice linens. All the staff was friendly, especially Lisa at the front desk. Always cheerful with a smile on her face. Nice breakfast with cereal, eggs, meat, breads, etc. Free WiFi which was nice altho I had to keep logging on while hubby's phone automatically connected, but no big deal. Will definitely stay here again!

  Good Stay!

  We come to Niles each year looking for blueberries. So we have stayed in this Quality Inn & Suites twice. With all the crazy cova19 we wondered how the hotels would be responding. Glad to say that this hotel was very clean and next morning they were back to scrubbing as we left. Felt safe here during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was from a prepackage selection on a form that we filled out. They then put your breakfast in a brown bag that was delivered to your door in the morning at the time you selected. My husband didn't think it was enough but he is a big breakfast eater. During these times you have to do what you have to do! We will return again.

  Are they trying to give their customers covid?

  Checked in the evening of August 1. By law in Michigan, you have to wear a mask. All the customers I saw were wearing masks, but not the woman checking us all in. Not even around her chin or mouth. Just no mask at all. If, as the saying goes, "my mask protects you, your mask protects me," what was the message about how much Quality Inn cares about its customers?
