  Very Very Bad

  Do not Stay Here. The facility is Old, the staff complained about their computer system constantly. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had two rooms, they both smelled very bad. The breakfast food was terrible - the OJ was mostly water!

  Good value for a hotel with an indoor pool

  Stayed here with my girlfriend and her daughter who had a soccer game in Muncie. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the fact that the room had a musty smell, but it wasnt overwhelming. The hotel wasnt very crowded. We arrived around 9:30pm and wanted to use the pool and hot tub. We asked when the pool area closed and the front clerk said 10:00pm, but that if we wanted to stay in there longer he would be ok with it. The pool and hot tub was nice, but several of the lights above the hot tub were missing or not working. Overall this hotel provided a good value. The breakfast in the morning was average, but they had hot items like eggs, waffles and biscuits and gravy.

  Sucks

  Went there today 12/14/19 - had my room paid for and reserved ahead of time, just to get there and be told I'd have to stand there and wait due to their computer system being down and they were not sure what rooms were empty. I know it was too hard for some one to open a file and look in it WOW!, After all of that, Supposed to be at one end, instead we're stuck clear at the other end, Tried to take a nap, hard to do when you've got a day care running around upstairs and down the stair case next to the room door. You ask the manager Sam Young, is it possible since we didn't get in time, since your system were messed up, could we stay over a couple hours the following day, and can something be done about the kids. To find out Sam sat here and B.S.'d me about the over stay and contradicted himself about it when he was talking to me, pretty much said kids had run of the hotel until 10 pm nothing they can do about it until then. I told him it was it, I gave him the keys, and told him I wanted it on paper what time I left, He got mad and jerked the paper from me, signed it, then turned around and threw it at me. So if you want to go to a hotel and being treated like your a pile of crap, this is the ideal place for you, especially when same is working. It's sad he can't afford a $20 iron, to Iron the shirt he slept in! So will some one be kind and buy him an Iron for Christmas and teach him how to use it.

  Great stay

  This is an excellent choice. We were there one night. Staff was friendly, room was exceptionally clean, pool and hot tub were both crystal clear. We definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

  This place is going down hill

  My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times. It always seemed to be a good clean place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The last 2 times we have been there was different. The bathrooms are NOT being cleaned properly. This makes me wonder what else really isnt getting done. I did bring it to the staff's attention and was told $10 would be taken off of my bill. However, the full charge has hit my credit card. I guess management is the real problem here.. we will be staying elsewhere from here. Please, spend the extra $10 and stay somewhere that cares about their customers!
