  Bueno por el precio

  Muy limpio, cómodo,las camas son cómodas. Lo único es el desayuno su menú es muy limitado. Alrededor hay restaurantes y el staff fue muy atento y amable. Lo recomendaría si esta de viaje y necesita dormir una noche o si esta trabajando por el área.

  Decent hotel

  I have stayed here twice when going to my school's homecoming. Once in 2017 and once in 2019. The location was pretty central to most of the places we wanted to visit. The hotel isn't anything special, but it was good enough to sleep and get ready for going out during my trip. The room clearly said "no smoking" and we were warned that if we smoked in the room we would be charged the entire deposit rate for damages to the room. However, when we walked it, we were greeted with a strong smell of smoke in a non-smoking room. The beds and pillows were comfortable enough. I have no complaints there. The housekeeping was good. They cleaned the room nicely. They offer a complimentary breakfast, but I didn't try it because I woke up too late. The staff was very pleasant upon check in. I's just a basic low budget hotel.

  Nice King Suite with Jacuzzi

  While on I40 heading to Winston-Salem area I called the Choice Hotel customer service number for a Pet friendly/jacuzzi room. The suite exceeded expectations. Tom, the AM front desk person and Harry lobby cleaning person were very friendly.

  they left the light in my room on so I did not walk into a dark room.

  The location was near food and shopping. It was very quite and not a lot of traffic noise. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. I needed directions and they helped me find my way. When I checked out I found that I had left something behind in my room and they called and told me and then held it at the desk until I was done with what I needed to do before I started home.

  Very disappointing!!!!!!

  We made our reservation through the Choice app which was quick and easy. When we arrived the front desk person was very short and to the point. He was not very customer friendly. We were not told anything about the check out time or if they even offered breakfast. We had to switch rooms because the comforter looked as if there was blood spots on it, the wallpaper was coming off the walls, the ceiling was starting to crack and there was dead bugs in the corner by the lamp. It looked like the room was just picked up and not cleaned like it should be. It was disgusting! When we went to the front desk the gentleman said he didnt need to see the pictures and did upgrade us to a king suite. This one should not be a part of the Choice Hotel chain. Which that was ok. If I was you Id save your money and go to a better hotel. If I could give this a 0 I would.
