  Pésimo servicio por la noche

  El hotel es muy viejo, los baños de las habitaciones se tapan tanto del inodoro como del lavabo, solicitamos apoyo por la noche y el señor del lobby dijo que no podía hacer nada al respecto porque no había personal de limpieza ni mantenimiento nos dio unas toallas para poner en el piso y limpiar nosotros; además de ser muy majadero y prepotente. En el desayuno no ponen lo suficiente para todos los huéspedes. La zona está muy ubicada y el personal del aseo es muy amable.

  THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED!!!!!!!!!!!

  This place is the absolute worst place i have ever stayed in in my life! Lets start with check in first the lady at the front desk was eating answering the phone and helping me at the same time which is super unprofessional. Then i get checked into a room that reeked of mold and whatever else was stained on the carpets The hallways and stained on every surface it smells like old moldy carpet the walls have water stains and wall paper falling off the front door creaks open and the side entries the cig cans are ripped apart and left on the ground with tons of trash well there is trash everywhere even in hallways and the key entry pads for the doors are ripped out and the wires are just sticking out. There are hard drug addicts walking around and staying there with literally rolls of tin foil they carry around as they itch there face and bug people for cigs. Now that is just outside of the room we got changed to another room and that one smelt fine but the microwave didn't work the fridge has no type of rack or anything in it the air conditioner barely blows had to keep it on 60 and high fan to cool the room! They allow each room whether it be 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 people in the room they only give you ONE TOWEL you go to the front desk and they have NO POOL TOWELS OR EXTRA towels i had my kids with me my 4 month old son and my 5 year old daughter and they were unable to take baths after the pool cause that is when they informed us they have no towels so i wasn't even able to bathe my son had i known that i wouldn't have put him in the pool !!!!!!! As talking to some of there normal guests they informed me cops are there daily and that the week prior there were (4) over dose deaths in the hotel! Needless to say this place is a crap hole and should be shut down i will be doing everything in my power to get the health department there and get a hold of the GM and the owners of the hotel this is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS !!!! i will never blindly take a risk with hotels.com i literally feel like me my fiance and our kids need penicillin shots after staying there but we got there from hours away and didn't have time to switch hotel and when i requested a manager i was told she wasn't answering call so great job! I couldn't be paid money to stay at this place ever again!

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

  I arrived at 830pm. There are no lights surrounding the entire hotel. (Eerie and unsafe) When we finally found the main office I walked in to see several (possibly homeless) people hanging out in the lobby watching TV, relaxing as if they lived there. Pool was closed which was not advertised on the website. Upon checking in lady clerk did not have on mask and other people checking in ahead of me were not wearing mask. The room I was given, #208 had a blood stain on the carpet soon as you walk in, the sheets had disgusting lint all over them, the room wreaked of Mold and urine (Im pregnant, I smell everything). When I went to make a complaint, the lady was so surprised and taken aback that I found the room in the conditions I did, she apparently couldnt believe it, but she happily checked me out without skipping a beat and advised me to call the manager Shirin on Monday. Shirin by the way has been avoiding my calls since Monday. I have called 3 times a day since Monday and have finally disputed the charge with my bank. Do not stay here. I am convinced they hustle unsuspecting travelers and blindside them with trashy rooms and happily take their money while we all go running for the hills. The workers and owner knows this hotel is trash and should be condemned. This is an old hotel. It is deteriorating. It really shouldnt even be in business. The entire ordeal made be break out in stress hives. Save yourself a Headache and a HUGE inconvenience.

  Bad Bad Bad

  Stay away from this place. This is basically a homeless shelter, but they charge you to stay at this one. I booked online for 5 nights without seeing the hotel first and that was a mistake. When I arrived the parking lot had what looked like a lot of broken down cars, kinda weird but I checked in any ways without looking at my room first. They advertised breakfast online but then they say they dont. ok bummer. Parked my truck and tried to enter hotel side door but a few homeless people were waiting at the hotel side doors to get in, so I just walked back to the front entrance. Went to the room passing more then a few rooms with people yelling, fighting and banging. The room was not clean, room very cold. The heater was not working and looked smashed in, fridge very dirty with food still in it. Gross bathroom. Just all bad. I went to the front desk and asked for refund but the manager is not in today so I will have to wait till Monday to get my money back. After some back and forth the next week they have me some money back but I still had to pay two nights because my reservation was non refundable. What ever. this hotel is not fit to be on any website unless you are looking for a shelter. Bad Bad Bad

  STAY AWAY!! Very far away!

  I have stayed in hotels with similar ratings that were awesome. How bad could this place be?? Well, let me tell you! It was trouble from the moment we walked in. Day One: The guy behind the counter kept arguing with the customer in front of us. When it was our turn to check in , my friend handed him a credit card for the deposit that he claimed was declined. She gave him a second card which went through . BOTH cards ended up getting charged. My husband and I were in a first floor room and my friend and her husband a second floor jacuzzi room. Our room was gross. Not only were there stains on the chairs and carpet but also on the lamp shade and what looked like boogers on the wall. There were two towels for a king room which also were stained and nasty. There was a resident spider in the cobweb in the bathroom and the sink smelled like a mold infestation. Not to mention the fact that there was no remote to be found anywhere. Day Two: When leaving the hotel not only were the walkways covered in ice and snow but there were large shards of glass in the parking lot. There was no breakfast or pool access as advertised on the website and when asked about it the front desk said we do not tell people unless they ask. When we returned for the day, after housekeeping came in our room, they half way made the bed, did not empty the one trash can that was in our room, left no toilet paper. Our friends room phone did not work and also were not left any toilet paper. We were told we could come to the front desk to get toilet paper. Our toilet plugged and when we called the front desk for service and were told that we could come and get a plunger! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? At that point we had decided to stay in and order pizza for dinner in our friends room. When we entered the room, it smelled absolutely horrible and it was not from our friends. They are clean people that do not smoke anything. Day Three: Check out day and our friends had NO hot water to shower. Today: This is the exact message from my friend when talking about getting her deposit back: "So they will not give us our money back. They will not let me speak to the manager. Apparently shes always in a meeting every single day. First he says that they found marijuana in our room then he saw there was a strong smell so we wont be getting our money back." So, you get a crap, dirty hotel, where you are falsely accused of being a druggie and they keep your deposit!
