  Not the best. Hopefully getting better.

  This motel has been here a long time and I beieve it became a Quality Inn about two years ago. I've stayed in 17 Quality Inns in the Northwest and this one would be toward the bottom. It needs some work to meet what I consider the Quality Inn standard. Not all run down and creepy at all, but as I said, needs some work. And they are doing some...the lobby was being updated while I was there. Bathroom was small, next to no counter space and shower could have been nicer. That said, I'd stay there again if traveling solo. The rate was reasonable, room claen, bed comfortable, good wi-fi connection and a much larger than normal breakfast room. Breakfast was standard fare.

  Renovation in progress. Comfortable lodging with potential.

  Constructions materials made it difficult to park conveniently to the entrance closest to our room. Front desk transposed our room key and we walked in on another patron. Always use the extra security lock. We saw other floors going back to the lobby to straighten out the key situation and also to breakfast where renovation was underway. They looked much better so I hope it will be a significant property-wide improvement. I believed our room was prepped for renovation because there was no decor in the entire room but bed wasn't bad and there was a fridge and microwave. Room was quiet. Breakfast was good and staff kept it well filled.

  Never again

  Building is a cross between an old hotel and an old high school. The entrance to the first floor was difficult to find plus had trash bags next to the entrance. Once through the it is dark and musty smelling. The stairwell has a sticky line where the trash bags leaked down it. There is more things wrong with this place than I can write about.

  Cancelled the day of the visit

  I booked a night weeks ago at this hotel for a trip out west. Everything was fine until the actual morning of the hotel stay. I was at glacier national park and received a phone call from the hotel. They said they were out of room and out of staff to clean so they had to cancel our room. I was left to scramble to find someone else the actual DAY of the hotel stay. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I told her if she forcefully cancel this I will have no choice but to leave a bad review. So beware, if you make your booking you may not actually have a place to stay.

  Comfortable and Quiet

  Enjoyed the stay . The room was very clean. Excellent bed, soft sheets and pillows, big T.V. nice shower, microwave and fridge were very clean. Nice lighting in the room and a door to walk outside to a balcony that is private. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Really liked the location and the price was right. I would recommend this hotel. They are covid friendly. Great Mexican restaurant right across the street. Shuddle service to the airport and wake up calls. They made my stay comfortable and it was nice and quiet.
