  Very poor quality hotel - avoid at all costs. Some observations: - there was only 1 iron for the whole hotel, hotel staff informed us that 2 more irons were available but they were faulty and may subject users to electric shock - bedsheets, pillow covers etc were stained / not really clean / too old - bathrooms dimly lit, moist, not that clean, not well ventilated - public facilities stank - function room is next to a bathroom, the bathroom smell comes into the function room - most staff dont speak English, and generally dont speak at all so customer service is very challenging e.g. members of our group attempted to order black tea but after 2 attempts they gave up as staff either didnt understand or werent willing to accommodate the request - one lift was faulty, members of our group got stuck - public areas not clean, expect rubbish and dust etc. - food is substandard in general - downstairs bar area looks like it would have been great back in the 1990s when it was last cleaned

  Business Trip - Not recommended

  I was here for 2 days for a office training. The hotel rooms are not good nor maintained. The hotel even does not have iron's for individual rooms. The staff is kind of sleazy and looks at opportunities to take money. The breakfast and food in the hotel was awful. There are rooms which do not have windows and the bathrooms are not maintained with leaky faucets. In fact the room I stayed in did not have a key and every time someone from the reception had to come to open the door. Overall its not recommended at all.

  Buffet Review!

  Quality Inn is the worst 3* hotel in Bangalore with good ambience maintained badly and we went for dinner buffet and was served old and rotten food and the spread of the buffet was poor! So wouldnt recommend this place.

  Terrible - No hot water in room despite complains, i had meeting in morning but Iron not available

  Extremely Bad experience, - No hot water in bathroom despite several complains - Terrible food - No Iron available and even Ironing services available - When you order room service takes 45 Min even for a cup of tea -

  Nice family hotel...

  Visited here with my family...stayed for three nights. Hotel was very clean and nice ambiance .. our stay was comfortable and staff are polite and heartfuls service . Food was nice in buffet breakfast section. But soke maintenance issue in the rooms ,can get done in short time. Rest all is good
