  Horrible!!!

  Do not let the photos of the newly remodeled rooms fool you! The remodel is only of the flooring and the cabinetry in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are still disgusting. Mold growing in the corners, mold growing in the drain, all the chipped tile, disgusting paint. The new floors were so dirty our feet left black spots on the sheets. The new bedding, that looks beautiful in the photos, covers mattresses that are so old and thin we slept with springs in our backs. The beautiful Lighting doesnt work except in the middle of the night when the lights flicker on and off. The lock on our door was not only broken, it was missing, and you can see through the door to the outside. The ice machine was broken, no breakfast was being served due to Covid, and the general manager was snippy and rude and would take no responsibility for the conditions saying everything was perfect. Then they had the audacity to overcharge us, almost $400 for a room in Showlow Arizona! This isnt the Ritz Carlton

  Terrible cleaning crew / Terrible customer service!!!!!

  No toilet paper, filthy rooms, walked in white socks and they were black, Refrigerator was not cleaned out from the prior customers. Left over food and drinks, a bar of soap from prior visitors stuck in the shower curtain, red stain in bed that looked like blood, left 45 minutes later then check out and charged $50 I could go on but its not worth it. Will NEVER stay here again!

  Amazing affordable hotel!

  I was completely impressed with the customer service and interior remodel, as well the willingness to provide whatever amenities/services that I needed upon request to help protect myself and staff. It was such a comfortable stay at an incredible price! Highly recommended!

  Road trip

  Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff. Great accommodations. Needed extra night and it was easy to extend reservations. Very clean rooms, pet friendly and well lit, comfortable beds and pleasant decor.

  unauthorized charge

  booked thru third party site nothing mentioned about $5 booking fee payable to hotel at checkin. upon arrival requested I'd an credit card again nothing mentioned about fee. a week later notice charge called and was told about fee for using third party site will not refund
