  Horrible Service - not worth the cost

  My in-laws have stayed here a couple of times which is why we all stayed here before our trip to Tirupati. The rooms were average size and were very old but clean. Bathrooms are also very old and could use a bit of a scrub. The breakfast is ok but nothing to really write home about. We had room service - the mutton and chicken i believe and we had a stomach upset afterwards. The hotel is conveniently located but so are other hotels. The reason I will NEVER stay here again is the horrible service and the value for money. Let me explain - we were going to tirupati and coming back in 2 days . Check in is around 1pm which is when the rooms should be available . However when we arrived around 7PM THE ROOMS WERE NOT READY. The hotel front desk informed us that the rooms were not ready AND it would take another hour or two for them to be ready which is ridiculous. The hotel staff were very unhelpful and had horrible customer service. Its unbelieveable that the rooms we had already booked were not available for check in at 7pm . On top of that the front desk refused to provide any concessions such as allowing us to stay the next day late or a free meal or anything else. Until we made a huge fuss and only then did they say that they would provide a late check out the next day. The customer service was horrible and not what i expected for the price we paid which was around $75. The rooms are old and the breakfast was not impressive I would never stay here again and I would suggest that no one else stay here. There are other hotels in the area that are much better and cheaper. We also stayed at the Accord Metropolitan and compared to quality inn, the Accord is much better. FYI we went through the hotel for a taxi to pondicherry and it was much pricier than uber. However we had the freedom of stopping at the sites on the way at Mahabalipuram which was worth it for us. On the way back from pondicherry we used uber and it was a clean and more reasonably priced trip.

  Banquet hall and rooms

  Very good service. Banquet hall well renovated with bright lights and ambience. Rooms are spacious and good. Banquet Mgr Arun mozhi was quiet supportive and attentive. Overall satisfied. Food was very good. Breakfast can be improved.

  Reception and Marriage at Banquet Hall

  It was a last minute plan at Sabari Grand ( Quality Inn) for reception and marriage. We met the Manager Mr.Arun Mozhi who explained the procedures and was so supportive he provided all needed information.The banquet hall was spacious and food arrangement was so good well planned and arranged.All our crowd was happy with the arrangement and food quality.The rooms was quite good which was provided.I recommend everyone to use this hotel for all their occasions.

  Overall service good new renevation rooms and lobby and restaurant and rooftop elephant sky very nice ambiance excellent service worth for price staffs are very friendly lobby furniture also good safe parking.

  Excellent arrangement for Birthday party

  The banquet hall was arranged lovely by Mr.Arun and team. It was spacious and comfortable. The quality and taste of food served was amazing. The complimentary room given was classy. The staffs are well qualified in profession. I appreciate their professionalism. I highly recommend Quality Inn Sabari for any functions, stay and business meeting. Thanks to the team for making the day a great memory. All the very best!..
