  Unexpected Quality!

  I had an unexpected situation that caused me to have to be in Richmond Hill and I needed a hotel. I booked this property because of price only. I read the reviews and some of them were not very nice but I didn't have time to look around so I went ahead and checked in.When I got to my room I had to double check to be sure the reviews I had read were for this property! When entered my room #105 it was newly renovated, had hardwood type floors, a nicely made king bed and all of the furniture and accessories looked new . This is an older property but it seems to have been well maintain and my room was spotlessly clean. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable. I had no issues connecting my laptop, tablet and phone to the internet and it was super fast. The other surprise was the huge TV ; It had to be at least a 46 or 50 inch brand new LED with an awesome picture. The channel selection was great too. I also want to make note of the check-in, Harry who I believe is the general manager checked me in and was very warm and friendly. This made me feel really good after a particularly rough day, to check in and be greeted in such a way. I am glad that I did not put much stock in some of the existing reviews because they're totally not my experience at all. I have had to extend my stay and have encountered the day shift associate Radhika, who is also very friendly, professional and accommodating. She was so patient and understanding when I had to solve a credit card issue when I extended my stay. Kindness and true hospitality are in short supply during this Covid-19 period, this place is the exception, even the maintenance man was super friendly when he stopped to test my smoke detector.. I highly recommend this property. I've extended my stay 4 times. Any small hiccups that one may encounter because this is an older property are certainly minimal and insignificant relative to the overall experience which was one of the best I've had in a hotel.

  Diamond in the rough

  My stay was good. SeeOmg these workers being dedicated to the on going renovations while we are in the pandemic is amazing. I met the manger Patrick who made sure that any problems were handle. Im glad that I chose quality inn for my visiting needs. Clean comfy beds and linens. Nice warm shower and fast internet. Theres even a restaurant connected to the hotel so say it made it easy to get food.

  Nice Experience

  My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Very friendly staff and customer service. Clean comfy beds and linens. Nice warm shower and fast internet. Safe area with a restaurant attached. My family DEFINITELY will be coming back, it was a great stay I know when the renovations is complete it will be even BETTER!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  Great getaway spot

  Restaurant in walking distance hot showers clean facilities and see its getting better through the renovations they are doing. Resort style pool I think may be the biggest on exit also we played volleyball at the court after my family swimmed great resort stay at a cheap rate.

  Misleading Photos

  I'm not sure who's writing all these great reviews but this place is horrible! If it is undergoing renovations, we obviously stayed in one of the older rooms. The rooms on either side of us were not renovated either. Dirty rug, broken lamp shades, disgusting bathroom and broken locks. I'm giving it one star because the bed/linens were decent and the desk clerk was pleasant.
