  Not the best

  Stayed at this hotel because the pool looked okay. The hotel was built in the 80s and has had minimal updates or repairs it seems. Very run down and staff not the most classy around. You can do better. Go to the hotel across the street its built in this decade.

  Not Rad at Radford Inn

  There wasnt anyone at the front desk when we first arrived. The place was dark. The room wasn't terrible there were stains on the carpet. The indoor pool was dingy and room was dark. I would not stay here again.

  Big Mistake

  A few of us decided to try the Brunch which was a buffet, or so they advertised. It was awful. The selection was extremely limited, the "salad bar" consisted of a small bowl of chopped Lettuce, then little bowls about the size of a cup, with cheddar cheese, chopped onions and? and? They didn't bother to refill the bowls. The only eggs were rubbery scrambled, the biscuits were a pre-made frozen and I am sure had been reheated often. The lunch entres were supposed to e chicken Alfredo and a butter, garlic fish dish with rice. The chicken was not palatable and the smell, not aroma, of the fish was most off putting. The only thing resembling a dessert was the little donuts that you buy at the gas station in a pack of six. I was very disappointed and surprised because I had heard the dinner service was really good.

  DESK CLERK SCAMMED MY CREDIT CARD

  I went here Jan 17th to stay one night. The desk clerk took my credit card instead of using the slider Next day I noticed the hotel billed me twice 100$ and 120$. Then someone ordered a LYFT ride for 36$, then someone bought Nike sneakers for 184$ using my credit card. I called the manager who did not seem concerned that I had just been ripped off at his hotel. I did not use the card anywhere but in that motel on the 17th. He looked my name up and said there was only one room charge ( clearly he was lying because my credit card statement listed two transactions back to back, one for 100$ and the other for 120$!) DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IF TOU DONT WANT THE DESK CLERK TO STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD! Im out over 200$ and the manager did not care.

  Close to Radford University

  Poor, I was upgraded from the dump Econo Lodge next door. My room first had two lights not working, coffee maker didnt work, and breakfast was only coffee and cereal. No meat, sausage, bacon or eggs the truck didnt come. The only good about being there was, it was a mile or so from Radford Basketball
