  very nice but very sore

  very nice place just watch your footing on steps...very slippery when wet,,,too smooth of a surface when wet, but otherwise the breakfast buffet looked great...eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee

  Clean and Quiet

  Great place to stay if you like your hotels affordable, clean, and quiet. Theres a small pool, a farm next door, truck parking if youre moving or traveling with a trailer, they are dog friendly for a small fee, and offer a great breakfast before you leave.

  Horrible Experience - Don't Waste Time Here

  We arrived on Friday around 9PM. Hotel was sold out and we had last room. Couldn't get in our room. Staff blamed the exterior lock malfunction on cold temps. Finally used manual key to let us in. Had to call owner to come "fix the lock" Owner arrives at 10PM, tells us fix will take 10 minutes. At 11:15 he gives up and says it's good enough for the night. Apologizes and tells us he will take care of our room charges on his end. The next day we are on the baseball field for 13 hours, leaving around 6:40AM. When we arrive back a little after 9PM we can't get into the room and the manual key won't even work. They told us they would have to move us and they had held a room back to do so. They let us in the other room but could not get the door opened so that we could get in the old room where all of our clothes, chargers, toiletries, etc were. Called another owner to come fix it and he wanted to argue with the staff about having to come - said it could wait til morning. He finally arrives and lets us in the room close to 11PM so we can get clothes and shower. They apologize again and tell us the owners are going to take care of our room charges. When we go to check out, "taking care" of the room charges amounted to a discount of $10.49 per night which is more insulting than anything else. Don't ever stay here

  DON'T EVER STAY HERE!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

  I would highly recommend staying in your car over staying in this hotel. We booked 2 nights here in November as part of a larger group for a tournament in the area. We spent the majority of our trip trying to gain access to our room. On arrival we were unable to open the door to the room. Management tried to reprogram the key but the key was not the problem. The lock was disengaging but the door would not open. After being there for well over an hour someone was able to open the door but we could not leave the room because we had to wait for the owner to come "fix" the door. After being there for over 2 hours the owner showed up to fix the door which would take 10 minutes. An hour later he was still there and the door was not fixed. He was able to "fix" it so that we could stay the night. We couldn't change rooms because the hotel was sold out. The next morning we left for our 13 hour day at the ball field. When we returned no one in our group was able to get into their rooms. The front desk had programmed all of the room keys for 1 night only. We however were still unable to get into the room after programming the key because the door was continuing to malfunction as it had the night before. The manager on duty had to call and beg one of the owners to come out to get us into our room. Again we waited for over an hour to get into our room. This time we were sweaty and gross and had NO access to our belongings because they were in the room that we couldn't access. We were about to call the fire department to come open the room when the other owner showed up. We got all of our belongings and moved to another room. The owner that came on the 1st night told us he would take care of our charges for our trouble. After all the trouble we had with them their idea of taking care of us was to give us $21 off the cost of our entire stay which was $80 per night. We would have been much better off to have stayed in our car. At least we could get into it whenever we wanted. I cannot say enough bad things about this hotel. Our experience with this hotel was so horrible that I will NEVER stay in a Choice Hotel of any sort ever again. When we called the corporate office to complain their idea of handling the situation was to try to sell us a timeshare. WTF!!
