  Pésimo, sucio y mal olor

  Sucio, con olor horrible a cigarro, de no poder quedarnos, nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitacion y al ir al front desk nos dijeron que para otra habitación teníamos que pagar 26 dlls mas, dejamos el hotel por sucio y mal oliente No ibamos a poder dormir

  Modern New Rooms

  This Quality Inn is great! New modern rooms, nice hot breakfast, and it's the closest hotel to the ATT Center! They have a nice outdoor pool, and USB outlets in the wall which is really unique! I don't get the other bad reviews. You have to treat people with respect.

  Wonderful expirience

  I have stayed at the Quality Inn many times and it never lets me down. I am always floored by the exceptional customer service and cleanliness of the Inn. Initially walking inside I'm always welcomed with many greetings and smiles from the staff. Mrs. Chris especially seems to genuinely care about everyone staying there, she goes above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible during my stay. Apart from the staff the rooms are always exceptionally clean and beautifully put together. They have great amenities like an indoor pool that's accessible in the winter as well as in this hot summer heat. I recommend this Inn to anyone and guarantee you will have an amazing experience just like me.

  The absolutely worst so called Quality Inn ever l have stayed in.

  First off is is a privately held and licensed under Quality Inns. Second the coke machine, washer, and dryer were and probably are still broken. The ice machine was dirty so I didnt use it. Our room entry door has a huge gap at floor level so large that air whistled threw it all night. Get this, I ask for a room with a tub for my wife. Oh they gave us a room with a tub but the stopper was missing. Go figure that one. Should I tell you about the breakfast? No fruit, scramble eggs were cold and had excess water in the pan. I expect better from Quality Inn! I can not recommend this place. It was really bad. I-10 is right next to the building. Road noise was evident.

  NOT TOO BAD!!!

  This is a nice place. The room was clean and spacious. I couldn't fall asleep but oh well. The pool looked cleaned. The only problem I had was ants on the orange machine. Overall, It's a nice place...
