We stayed for 2 night our stay was regular at the hotel i will give it a 3 star not 4 star hotel It need a renovation from inside room furniture, toilet, bed ... Breakfast was nice with nice maarad view room. The hotel location in tripoli is nice at the entrance oftripoli from beirut highway .far from traffic . I will recommend it with some renovation

Old and dirtyThe rooms are dirty, never clean the bathroom, just make up the bed, Wi-Fi working rarely, after shaving I found the washbasin dirty for 4 days (they cleaned just because I requested to reception), moquette is spotted everywhere, it smells and never removed powder on top of furniture;the reception is the only thing acceptable, they are very polite and precise...not enough for 4 star hotel!

Old and dirtyI stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, the room is never cleaned as it should. they only fix the bed, they never wash the bathroom and the floor. the bathtub does not even know it exists. the wi fi never works, it takes very bad and in the hotel we were 10 rooms at the most the same price is much better in the area.

Old run down, overpriced, go elsewhereSpent 5 nights here, worst decision. Hotel is run down, old in need of serious renovations. Rooms are smelly, burn marks on bed linen. Complimentary water not replenished on a daily basis. Had to complain a few times that rooms weren't cleaned on a daily basis, towels were not replenished (had to ring reception to order new ones and arrange room to be cleaned) Key would not work once we have left the hotel grounds, we would have to re-key every time we returned, very inconvenient, I'm a seasoned traveller and never ever have I experienced this. Breakfast was on par with a 1 star hotel. Coffee was great though. Staff were pleasant and helpful only positive about this hotel.

Horrible.Actually one of the worst Hotels I've ever seen. As a previous employee I saw exactly how your rooms were being cleaned... once there was a bag of lollies that had been knocked over by a housekeeper and it fell on the ground and the housekeeper picked the lollies up and replaced them in the bag as if nothing happened. -which I found disgusting.. The management makes fun of every customer and has actually lost the customers passports on more than one occasion! We'd have to frantically tear the office apart to find them. Very unsafe as they keep them in an unlocked draw behind the counter where there are no locks on the doors either. I have also witnessed them take private images of peoples passports and send them off to their friends... very very unprofessional. I would not trust them with my belongings either. There have been so many instances where things go missing from rooms or the safe keeping in the back office. It is run by children one being the managers son who does not even have a degree and who is also 20 years old. The hot water NEVER works. The airconditioning is horrible and needs maintenance every day. The food is inedible and we've had instances where hair has been found in plates.. The staff don't even get paid only after 3 months of begging.. and even when they do there are 'favourites' that get picked first while others have to wait because they're not as important. The houskeeping is beyond unacceptable. They've also had multiple instances where the kitchen staff walks in on couples... it happened 4 times to newlyweds when I was there.. They also double book rooms and other guests have walked in on other guests. Seriously I could not believe for the life of me how this Hotel is running.. the rooms are way overpriced for what you are actually getting.. Customers would always ask me how in the world this is regarded as a 4 star Hotel..and I'd just stare at them with no answer, as there was none to give except agree with them. Also they sometimes forget to arrange transportaion from the airport to the Hotwl and CONVINCE the guests that the transportation did show up but that they didn't see them AND then CHARGE them regardless. Only good thing about this Hotel is that there are a few staff members who work in the kitchen and gym that are very nice.. but besides that the management sucks.. Sorry but find yourself somewhere else to stay or if you don't believe me go try it out yourselves and I guarantee you will understand what I'm saying.
