  Disappointed

  The lobby is deceiving... it's very well decorated, nice and clean. Things change once you get past that. The hallways are seriously overdue for cleaning, it's bad. The room was clean and in decent shape. The hotel is older so you have to have an open mind about things, I get that. BUT, the mattress was loud... like a cheap crib mattress. I have never had such a terrible nights sleep... or I should say LACK of sleep. The mattress literally was so loud it will wake you up when you attempt to roll over. We didnt have any problems with the staff but we didnt really have any need for interaction with them. Will not stay here again and I suggest that you find another place. Dont make the same mistake we made.

  Total filth and they used the excuse or remodeling

  I was trapped with no other Marriott property near by or with availability. My room was filthy and they didnt care or seem bothered. My bathroom ceiling had a paint bubble with a couple of liters of water dripping out of it. During my stay I never saw a vacuum used and was there when they cleaned my room. The hall carpets were as dirty and as stained as those in the room and an exit sign hung from the ceiling for three days even though I pointed it out at the front desk and the cleaning staff plainly saw it. I ate only one breakfast in a filthy dining area with dirty tables and crumb filled floors. I even had a 12 hair in my food and it didnt bother them when I complained. Horrible, Marriott should be held to a higher standard. Not my usual stay as a Lifetime Titanium member

  The Most Stress free Visit Ever

  It's very hard to find a hotel that accommodative innate let alone makes your entire day having a baby is stressful having family and friends invited and dealing with everything in between is even more stressful but if you stay at this hotel we've noticed with this is very special wonderful front desk lady on third shift name Shawnna you will not only get the most warming welcome but the most efficient professional behavior and attitude it was very clean from second we walked into he left her attitude was always very bubbly and very positive no matter the hour and what we needed the room was very clean as well bed was extremely comfy no noise consider the fact that we've been having renovations she will be the reason we return

  Old, Dirty and could not care less staff!

  This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in, and not by choice. I was put in there by the company I was working for. I was there for two weeks and glad to check out. I have since called several times to talk with the G.M. and each time it goes through to voice mail. I have left several messages and not once did she have the decency to call back. I am a Titanium with Marriott so if this is how they treat us, I feel sorry for those who stay the odd night. While I was in the front desk area one evening, a couple checked in and immediately came back down from their room and told the person at the front desk that they would never stay in that room and immediately cancelled their reservation.

  STAY AWAY- should be condemned

  This is not a place you want to stay- dark parking lot- looked closed. Only renting rooms on 1 floor- due to renovations however gas station nearby said the place floods when it rains. The hallway carpets were filthy (stains all over it ) Room doors had chipped paint and dents- 1 door had obviously been damaged by someone who had used a crow bar to pry it open. The mattresses were yellowed and creaky. Towels were yellowed and thread bare and only gave of 1 set for 4 people. The heat did not work and was extremely loud - also there was no hot water in our room or the others on our floor that night. The front desk attendant was friendly however he gave us a key without checking and identification. this place was clearly something from the 70s that needs to be put to rest- Sheraton shape up or let this property be demolished in peace.
