  Great hotel

  Very nice indoor corridor hotel with a great staff. Key Briana at the front desk is wonderful. She is a great ambassador for this hotel and always makes me feel welcome. I am Diamond with Choice for 11 years and this is a nice clean well maintained hotel. Rob Buckner

  Rating is due to exceptional staff

  I would give this hotel average marks - except the staff was super friendly & accommodating & that made other so-so features OK. I would like to share some observations with the owner/managers in hopes they can make some accessibility changes. We booked a handicapped access room that contained a king size bed - only it was super high (the trend these days). It was lovely, but too high for a mobility challenged person to get into without assistance. The closet & height of the light switches were perfect, but none of the doors are A.D.A. compliant. There was no way to prop the interior door open - so a wheelchair user had to battle with it to get in & out. None of the exterior doors were automatic - necessitating another battle or a call for someone to help. There was no shower - just a large transfer chair that had to be lifted over the edge of the tub - an impossible task for a wheel chair bound person to manage. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed in the future.

  Nice Place to Stay

  This was a good location with plenty of places to eat and close to family. The staff was friendly and the desk person gave me my AAA discount. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

  Conveniently Located.

  Right next to a Gas Station/Fast Food eateries and 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Room was quiet even though hotel was busy. Bed was comfortable with microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was great and had a variety of different options available. I would stay here again.

  Not safe during the pandemic

  My son and I stayed there for two nights in January 2021, and we were alarmed by the number of people who did not wear a face mask indoors, including the staff. We felt that this Quality Inn did not take the pandemic seriously, especially when it is so bad in Georgia. Also, there was a huge construction site in the middle of the hotel, with no signs or explanations. We had to walk around it every time we went to the lobby from our room. Not a pleasant experience. However, the continental breakfast and coffee were good. And there were plastic gloves included for handling the food and related items. We just wish there were more precautions paid to the fact that there was a lethal virus all around us. Masks should have been mandatory for everybody inside the hotel.
