  Excellent People

  The staff here are very friendly and go out of the way to make sure you have what you need!!!!!! The breakfast is very enjoyable. It is convenient to stores and highway. The town is an old and the homes are amazing to look at!!!!

  never again rather sleep on the street

  in town for nephews moto cross race. never been to this part of ga. before. hotel was dirty, smelled of smoke. was supposed to be a non smoking room. the girl behind the counter was not helpful at all was more worried about painting her finger nails. asked for more towels. the girl walked into the little kitchen area to a big tub of towels and rummaged through them till she found 2 clean ones. just a very bad place very dirty.

  Great sleep!

  We stay every year when going to the Kettle Creek celebration and the room seems nicer every time. The room was comfortable - the mattress was fantastic! The girl at the desk did her best to accommodate me and was so pleasant.

  Nice staff

  Every staff member that I encountered asked me if there was anything else they could do for me. The sink area in my room has been updated and looked very nice. All would have been okay had it not been for the strong air freshener that was plugged in near the desk. The smell was quite overpowering and lingered on my clothes, the next day. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast items were a nice touch, although the burner under the eggs, gravy and sausage did not appear to be turned on so the eggs were cold. The morning I was there, the hotel was full so the breakfast room was overcrowded. Three tables with four chairs each don't really fit well in that small space. With all tables full, it was challenging for anyone to get back up to retrieve something you'd forgotten to pick up before sitting down.

  Not too bad considering the cheap price!

  Some of my friends and I were in town to do some local gem mining and this seemed to be the best hotel close by in the area. There isn't a lot to choose from, so I was scared that the hotel might not be up to par giving the cheap price. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and decent. The beds were particularly comfortable. The staff was super friendly. There was some confusion on how I was charged since I booked and paid through Travelocity but they straightened it out the following morning. I was disappointed that they were no longer serving breakfast due to the COVID thing, so that sucked. But there is an Ingles next door and literally a Mexican restaurant right across the street you can walk to. Score! So the location is good, the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. We had no issues with our room. This isn't a 5 start hotel, so don't expect that, but it was a good deal for the money in my opinion.
