  A nice little place to stay

  It is a well known hotel for budget foreign travelers. Located near diplomatic zone and commercial hub, communication and security is generally good. Food is offered at reasonable price but there are options to go nearby other restaurants for different types of local and foreign food. Shopping places are also nearby.

  Nice hotel for a stay in Dhaka

  Been here several time, including for one stay that was almost 10 days. The hotel rooms are clean decent. The toilets fittings and the furniture are a bit old, but all function fine. They do have hot water. The food off the menu come in good portions. The breakfast menu needs to be improved a bit though - needs more variety. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is quite good - pretty close to the Gulshan 2 circle, and walking distance to a number of restaurants as well as clothes shops.

  Bad

  The quality hotel was hard to leave in. I stayed there for my work during 5 days. As a female it was not easy. Intrusive staff who turn around customers and walk constantly in the dining rooms, ask personal questions, keep on serving you every minute and the sense of freedom is lost. Food was good but the price paid as a b&b for a breakfast without any decent toaster was frustrating. I had a terrible room, smelling bad, dirty bathroom and disgusting shower curtains. Since I was there for a very few days I have decided not to struggle to much to change things as the staff seemed not to understand what I was explaining in English. Or maybe did not want to understand. Staff need to be trained on how to be friendly with female expatriate without intruding them that much.

  Interesting experience!

  I was there for business trip and had a meeting in their TOP floor, food was excellent, we couldnt find a good restaurant nearby so we ate here a couple of time and food was constantly good, friendly staff. Overall we had great stay. Recommend.

  Clean and quiet retreat

  This is a small hotel that offers everything a business traveler would need - a quiet place with an efficient reception, stable internet, a restaurant etc. The rooms are just fine, with fruits waiting for guests, and AC worked reliably. The bed was comfortable, a small table with chair was available, the bathroom was standard with reliable warm water. Do not choose the rooms with carpets as they tend to be smelly due to the humid climate. The food in the restaurant was tasty, and there was somebody around almost any time to prepare something. Only breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, with a very limited selection.
