  I like to have a door that locks.

  Hotel is dated, musty, dusty, and moldy. Had to use the inside latch to lock the door while inside the room. While I was away from the room, the door was open for anyone to push open. Hairs in the bathroom.

  Comfortable and good value

  Our room was modernized and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Provided COVID-19 precautions throughout the facility. We did not have issues with the smell of cigarette smoke as other reviewers mentioned. On the service road, and a little hard to get in and out depending on your direction of travel. We were pleased with our stay. We did not have breakfast there, but saw that there was a good selection of options, hot and cold.

  Economy and Comfort

  Just stayed 2 nights and very impressed with how nice our experience was here. Great staff, friendly vibe, great variety with breakfast and our room was excellent for being an older hotel. It's not far from downtown Farmington with some good restaurants to choose from. We used this location to hike some local areas and it worked out well. Gotta say they did a great job modernizing the room. Our beds were comfortable and the pillows so good, I wrote down the info to order some for myself.

  Owner is rude and racist

  Stopped for the night. Clerk didnt want tp honor online rate. Then put of the blue wanted a 150 dollar deposit even tjpugh we had a valid credit card. .. For what?? He said so we wouldnt tear up the room. How insulting! It was 10 degrees that night and we were tired but refused and went 0n to poplar bluff and had abdolutely no prob Ive stayed at varioys hotels and have never Been treated so badly. We are Of American indian heritage..and you could tell by his attitude he simply didnt want us there. Ive read other reviews where the 150 wasnt returned...and thankfully We didnt fall for the racists scam We will be contacting corporate if nothing is done them we will be contacting the equal rights organa3tion and the DC agency. This guy needs to be fired. Google this place snd read the reviews

  Great place to stay

  My partner and I have been here for almost 2 weeks out of town from oregon. Katie and Amanda have been absolutley amazing!! The rooms are clean and the beds are quite comfortable considering other places I have stayed. Katie goes above and beyond for the customers and is quite easy on the eyes as well -Travis from 202
