  Quality not so much.

  Very tired after an 11 hour drive so pulled in for the night. Hotel is on the older side and rooms worn looking. Walls we so thin that when someone sneezed I actually said God Bless you. When we entered the room there was a back door that wasnt even chained. The redeeming factor was the breakfast was delicious. Probably would never stay at a Quality Inn again based on my experience.   Rooms were extremely dirty and they had roaches,contacted management but we're rude and didn't care.they are slot of choices in liberal.choose a different one than quality inn.i highly recommend you never stay here

  Review: Bad choice/no masks

  Spend an extra 20 bucks and go somewhere else. Nasty air conditioner with knobs you could barely read, and smelled awful when you turned it on. The ceiling fire sprinkler looked like it had been put in by someone who didnt bother to make it look esthetically correct. Just sloppy. The walls were stained, and the shower door wouldnt shut properly. The staff was nice enough but no one was wearing masks!! Why? When you go somewhere to stay, the last thing you want to see is the hotel staff not practicing safety standards. What other standards do they omit? Will not stay there again.

  Threatend by Front Desk Clerk

  Physically threatened by the Front desk Clerk ,Checked in went to room(outside temp 91degrees at 1020 pm)the room was over 100 degrees and it stunk.Went back to front desk,gave me another room,same story.Go back to the front desk and say I can't stay here with these conditions.He say turn the air on.It would take a few hours too cool down.I wanted to go to sleep! I asked for a receipt and the customer service phone number for choice hotels.He refused.I said its your job.He the said get out of here you white F'er.He came at and threatened to kick my a__ .He also was not wearing a mask!

  not worth the $$$

  $ 92 .00 for a single in Nov 2020 is way to much for this place . clean and a good bed but way to much $$$ for a single .Left Phoenix that morning and didn't was=nt to price check different places doors dont lock from the hallways looked deserted no amanaties .
