  Great place

  We have passed thru Forrest City several times and stayed here at this hotel and um very pleased eith the great customer service...everyone is extremely friendly with great attitudes. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Really nice and quiet even being this close to highway

  Don't stay

  The oder hits you when you walk in. Cigarettes butts everywhere as you walk in. The place was filthy. I think it is time to do a complete remodel. This place needs a good cleaning. The shower head is gross!

  Minimal Breakfast

  We weren't actually expecting any breakfast at all and so brought granola, but they had oatmeal available as well as juice and hot beverages. I was barely smart enough to figure out the touch-screen on the hot beverage machine. The faucet in the tub dripped a bit, but after worsening it, I managed to somehow stop it. Otherwise the room was in very nice condition. We've been staying here regularly on our trips out west. It's very dependable. The clerk checked to see if I was a rewards member and made sure I got a discount.

  Outstanding from check-in to comfy bed!

  Betty checked me in and she was SO helpful and cheerful! I was tired and really appreciated her kindness. The room was excellent! The bed was very, very comfortable and the room was well-cleaned. As a bonus, theres a lovely, well-lit, little park directly behind the hotel for walking my dog. Highly recommend!

  Staff is Fantastic!

  We were tired after driving all day and just stopped at the first motel we found. Luckily, it was the Quality Inn! Betty was SO helpful and upbeat, just a joy. Then, she outshined the whole state in my opinion. The day after we checked out, she left a voicemail, saying we had left a yellow tablet, what did we want her to do with it. I thought it was a simple paper tablet that had been given to us and wasn't important, so I ignored the call. Then, after I had gotten home to Arizona, and about a week later, Betty called me again! I realized that it was my electronic tablet! She took the time to call me again, and make sure I got my stuff back!! Quality Inn is pretty darn smart to hire and keep an employee who is so caring about people! The whole place was clean and inviting, and the staff, especially Betty! is great and you can bet we'll stay there next trip!! Great job, Betty!!!
