  Disgusting, filthy, would avoid

  We went here for 1 one night stay on our way home from vacation. When we got to our room we found that there was mold growing in the fridge, the microwave was missing a plate, there were shelves just laying on the floor. The room had a musty smell to it and was dusty. We checked out the same night and the front desk said that we would not be charged but yet the hotel refuses to refund us. I would avoid this place at all possible

  Richmond Trip

  Attended a wedding in Richmond first week in November. Somehow got confused about where everyone else was staying and I accidentally stayed here. Admittedly, the hotel is being renovated. This is an understatement. Carts and supplies all over the place, rolls of new carpet in common areas. Just poor construction control. Room I stayed in was dirty. For example, I found trash from previous guests in the dresser drawers and nightstand drawers. There was "stuff" on the wall that may have been dried toothpaste? I don't know. I cleaned the bathroom before I used anything. The room looks dated and dirty. No bar or restaurant in the hotel. Several vending machines, though. Not much you can do about the location, but its right off I64. Easy off and on, yes. But lots of road noise. And the location is a little sketchy. Like don't go out at night unless you're in a car sketchy. Finally, regardless of what is said, you're an easy 10-12 minutes from downtown from this location. Best to Uber or Lyft.

  Disgusting

  Horrible and dirty. Poor check in experience, keys constantly not working. This property shouldnt even be open. It needs to be completely overhauled. Its in horrible disrepair.The supposed workout room has no working equipment. I got on four different pieces none of which worked. I wish I could give 0 stars.

  Affordable place with easy access to downtown Richmond

  Interesting place to stay on a buck. It seems like they combined a few buildings into one. Location is functional for a stay and has ease of access to downtown area. Keys had issues working during stay and had to have front desk correct multiple times. Area around seems to be up and coming with revitalization. Pretty standard offering in rooms as far as a bed and a chair with desk.

  78 bux?

  78 bux, for a homeless people flop house? Apparently the city pays this hotel to host homeless in the upper floors every night.. that's all fine and good, but the room rate is too hi for a flop house.. Skip skip skip
