  Zero stars, criminals

  Avoid this place. Poor management and poor policies. I booked a week, as I always do for work knowing I'm going to be changing it, and checked out after 1 day. I noticed my app still showed me checked in so I called the next day and was told I was indeed checked out. Following day, same thing, still showing checked in, and called, told I checked out. 3 days later I call yet again and am told that I never checked out and will be charged $998 for the whole stay. I called Choice Hotels Corporate and they were zero help. Finally decided to call my credit card company and dispute it. Criminals, terrible service - each time I went to the front desk I waited 5-10 minutes for somebody to show up. AVOID.

  Surprisingly Nice

  Anyone who visits Midland is use to inflated hotel prices due to demand. When I found this reasonably priced hotel, I was prepared for a clean room, a towel and maybe a working TV. This hotel offers so much more. Yes, it is a basic room but it comes with a microwave, fridge & coffeepot and it is clean. The bedding was comfy and the shower hot. I saw more housekeeping carts than usual for a hotel this size so the hotel is well staffed. There is a nice area with a free breakfast. Free coffee and tea as well as fresh fruit is available all day. Bottled water is complimentary at the desk. Ice cold punch and cookies are served in the afternoons. The front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. I will stay at this location again. I am giving this 5 stars understanding it is a 3 star hotel but they certainly make the most of what they offer.

  Dissappointing

  Pros, pool was lovely and front desk was very good, quick and pleasant. The room not so good. Carpets need cleaning, a wall could use a washing, grout on bathroom area quite dark in places, soap dish was still covered in residue soap, tea bag still in coffee maker, black hair on bathroom floor (not ours). I booked third party so no refunds. My quality Inn expectations are becoming very low.

  Treat you like family!

  We have stayed at least 10 times over the last few years and every time is better than the last. They are always friendly and welcoming, quick to get you anything you need. Covid has changed the way we travel and where other hotels send you off with A grab bag of dry breakfast goods, this one asks you what you would like and serves it up hot and fresh- like a to go box with scrambled eggs sausage and biscuit! We checked in last night and we're pleasantly surprised to be asked if we would like a hot hamburger!! It was great, even came with a bag of chips and a Pepsi. Kathy and her team are wonderful and we just won't stay anywhere else when we come to Midland.

  Very nice stay

  Its right off I-20. The hotel is conveniently located. Lots of food places nearby. The rooms are large. The bed was super comfortable. The Covid-19 restrictions for maid service is reasonable. If you are on an extended stay, you needs are met with a smile. I stay here often. The price is cheaper now the oil boom is over. Affordable and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Plenty of parking to boot. And the staff is top notch!! Cathy the manager is making sure you get the best stay with the best service. Two thumbs up!!!
