  New room, Rough Exterior, Sub-par breakfast

  This really is a motel that has seen better days but maybe in the process of refurbishment. The rest of the motel was in rough shape. We were given a courtyard room which was quiet and actually very nice, but to get there we needed to walk past the trash collection carts that had not been emptied for a while. The walkways were not clean and the courtyard unkept. Breakfast was pretty poor with a dirty waffle maker station and only a couple scrambled eggs in the bowl. The staff was super nice and we felt welcome for the stay.

  Friendly staff, filthy hotel

  Booked through Hotwire as I enjoy staying in different brands all the time. Hotel entrance was very sparse. Staff was friendly at check in, he said he worked there for 8 years. Walking to room I noticed lots of cigarette butts and garbage along the sidewalk. Room too was filthy! Huge spider webs above door, half the lights in room didnt work, moldy spots on ceiling, garbage in bathroom and under heating unit, ten long hairs throughout shower walls from previous guest. Shower and floor were absolutely not wiped/cleaned from previous guests. I cleaned motel rooms for 20 years in Minnesota, this room was beyond dirty. I have a 3yr old so I must check. During checkout, departing clerk was also courteous. I would not stay here again. Housekeeping staff is not properly trained. Should be 1.5 to 2 stars. Sad part, previous night, I stayed in a gorgeous Hampton Inn in Texas (also booked through Hotwire) for ten dollars less. Images show: garbage found under heater (full box of old sandwich bags and battleship markers), garbage found on bathroom floor (I placed unopened soap there to prove I hadnt opened it yet), hairs on wall (no one in our group had long hair like that), mirror removed from door, only half of sink mirror light worked.

  Terrible, Dirty and Broken Down

  We have stayed here before and was very pleased that is why we decided to stay again. I called to make reservations was told pool was open (which my kids were so excited) limited breakfast due to Covid. Get there Friday to check in and the place looks ran down. Lobby has water stains everywhere on the ceiling, smells and then was told the pool isnt open and breakfast was NA. The clerk that helped us was super nice and cool. (Only good part of this place) We head to the room and the door was so hard to open from the outside and inside. The room was tiny and smelt bad. Only had 5 channels on the TV and half the lights didnt work and the curtains was in terrible shape. The outside area by the pool is so junky and the playset for the kids is an accident waiting to happen. I will not be back and I really doubt this Hotel will even be able to stay open. The guy who I think owns it was very rude and not professional at all.

  Lies

  the pictures you see are lies. This place does Not have a resteraunt or bar. I dodnt see any pool. Took us an hour to fix the tv so it would turn on.. The bathroom light didn't work and the bed was hard as a rock. We were put in the back of the building next to several bikers so we got the pleasure of being woke up all night and morning to the loud roars of motorcycle engines. Very rough but I guess you get what you pay for.

  Terrible

  First the girl at desk had no idea how to register a guest. That took 25 mins Than gave me a room. The key wouldnt open Went back She put a wrong room on key. I went and tried again. Door blocked from inside. Of course she had to come and try and of course didnt open Gave me another room. The room is old. Behind the bed is filthy. Tripped curtains Light bulbs out Of. Course drink machine out of order. Place is falling apart on outside. Complete gong show. Not having breakfast due to virus. Price should be lowered to reflect this. Will not return
