  Bad service

  I called for a reservation and was quoted a good price and when I got to the motel she wanted a higher price than I was quoted. The woman was rude when I stayed before and this time was the last. I'll never stay at another quality inn or one of its affiliates again!!! I would rather pay more and be treated with respect!!!

  LACK of quality

  I dont really know where to start. The hotel itself was smelly and dirty esp in the hallway (like curry). I caught a guest vaping in the pool area... and when I complained, the front desk person gave me a Lecture about the possible lack of harmful smoke I would be breathing. I am not sure how often the pool was cleaned, but floating hair is something I do not want to swim into when I am trying to use the pool. The free breakfast was non existent d/t renovations. Nothing was renovated! the arcade games which were located in the atrium were not working. The gym was dirty, archaic and the treadmills were of poor quality. The beds were never made up either. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel, just basic coverage. If you are staying for a night the place is ok but any longer.... look elsewhere. The only bright spot was one of the staff went out of their way to get us additional towels and brought them to the pool.

  Poor Managment

  Our company used Quality Inn and Conference Center and it was infested with mice. Our employees switched rooms and still found mice on there. One of our employees caught 2 mice and another caught one. We had 3 rooms total in that hotel and all had mice. Poor customer service and poor management. We called to check out and just move our guys to another hotel that was not disgusting and the manager still charged us for the day because she couldn't get someone to clean the room. It was just the worst experience for our employees. Management was very rude and disrespectful. Avoid this hotel, it is infested with mice and it is dirty. Never using Choice Hotels again.

  Business trip

  Overall this hotel was very nice for the week I spent there. Room was clean and comfortable, staff very courteous and helpful. ... only thing is had to have the electronic keys redone almost every day... ... but other than that ... will definitely stay when we n town again!

  Our One night Stay

  Our room was very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Had just enough covers. Except for the Refrigerator make so much noise ALL night. Also outside our big window were some lady and kids yelling at 12- 1 am and off and on after that. I know its not your fault but was not nice of the people
