  Excelente!!! Me gusto mucho, todo bien tranquilo, el hotel es bien limpio, se tapó la bañera y enseguida fueron a arreglarlo. El muchacho que atiende en el lobby es atento y servicial. Estoy planificando regresar para el 2017.

  Nice Surprise

  Passing through, but after checking-in, wished I'd had a few more days to stay. Lovely property, very comfortable beds & wonderfully soft sheets. Slept like a baby. Breakfast items were fresh & plentiful with a very attentive & helpful attendant.

  Met Our Needs

  Our primary reason for staying here was their PNSail rate which includes leaving your vehicle at the hotel and transportation to and from the cruise port. These arrangements worked out very well. The inn itself is an older, basic facility but is adequately maintained. Our rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and everything worked. There was a continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would do the PNSail stay again. This inn is also very convenient to the airport.

  Cockroaches, mold & more!!!!

  I recently experienced the worst Choice Hotels stay ever. I've almost exclusively stayed at Choice Hotels since 2006 & was shocked at the poor condition of the property & the lack of concern by staff to address the issues once the evidence was shown to them. There was mold in the room, cockroaches, debris falling from the ceiling which got into my personal effects & an open beverage, a smell that I cannot describe (but it definitely was not from any type of cleaning solution) & much more.... When the issues were brought to the desk clerks attention, complete with photographic evidence, he seemed completely disinterested & offered absolutely no solution. This was in direct conflict with the notice posted on the wall of the desk clerks station which indicated "COMMITMENT TO YOUR SATISFACTION" I even pointed to the sign on the wall after showing him the photos of the bugs, mold, falling debris, etc... Absolutely no effort made on the clerks part to try & remedy the situation. How your facility has earned a 4-1/2 star on a 5 star rating is beyond me! I'd been traveling since early in the morning across the USA to get to Jacksonville, FL. It was a late check in & I was in no condition to be driving around in an unfamiliar area trying to find another accommodation. My travel companion was also applauded & complained constantly for days about how poor the accommodations were. I abruptly decided to NOT stay at anymore Choice Hotel Properties while on this week long trip. We just LOVED the next stay at the Safety Harbor Resort & Spa. A much better value & an impressive luxury facility for the same cost. I have friends in Management positions for many, many years with Choice Hotels & their facilities are always immaculate, along with others I stay at approximately 3 to 4 times a year since 2006. Even the entry level EconoLodge of Choice Hotels I've stayed at were far superior to this disgusting facility. My emails to the management of this facility have gone unanswered, seems about right considering what I saw & experience at this terrible facility.

  good location and breakfast for the price

  The hotel was perfectly adequate for staying at before a flight out of town. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast pretty good. I wouldn't plan an entire vacation here, but for my needs it was just fine.
