  A surprisingly decent Quality Inn -- not great but . . .

  Choice Hotels are generally suspect. If you have to call a place "Quality" or "Comfort" it usually isn't. Choice Hotels are often stuck in the 1980's at best and are seldom great places to stay -- a step above a Super 8. This one isn't perfect but is one of the better ones. Almost meets the basic test of clean and everything works as it should. Shower was barely adequate and the shower head was weak and leaky. Paper thin walls and you could hear loud noise from above. Otherwise, the remodel of my room was pretty good and the staff was friendly and the breakfast good. They must have had problems with guests and/or illegal activity at one time because the elevator is card controlled and you need a parking pass for your car. While I didn't notice anything bad it doesn't make you feel comfortable being treated like a "suspect." Quality Inns are seldom my first, second or third choice but I would give this place another try when I'm in the area.

  Horrible management and front desk staff

  My car window was broken out and my vehicle robbed within an hour of checking in. The hotel staff was not only unhelpful they were down right rude. I was hung up on 3 times, left to stand bleeding in the lobby after trying to tape garbage bags over my window so they could talk about me in the office. The manager will NOT SPEAK WITH YOU NO MATTER WHAT! You can wait in the lobby for hours and she will ignore you. They will only deal with the police. This was the loudest, rudest and most stressful trip you can imagine and to deal with this unacceptable customer service on top of it was just too much. There is no Quality at this Inn or in the Corp office above who has also declined to speak with me regarding this situation. I will be sure to let everyone I know just how little they care at The No Quality Inn.

  Awesome visit like always

  Awesome service staff is super friendly and Vicky is just the best always love seeing her when I visit. Breakfast is always great and never short in supply. And beds are clean and comfortable just overall great and the quality inn

  Good last minute choice

  This hotel worked out great for our last minute road trip. The price was right, the location was good, the room was spacious and very comfortable and the included breakfast was good (so much bacon!). I used the workout room too, which was very good. I did have to take off one star for how they didn't appear to be doing anything special to address concerns with the coronavirus scare. No signage or hand sanitizer at the front desk, at the breakfast room, at the workout room, anywhere. I have to admit I was a bit uncomfortable and felt they could have done more.

  Good nights sleep

  Road trip. Found this on Trip Adviser. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed was great. Two comfortable chairs in the sitting room. The only negative, and it is minor, the tv remote is very basic.
