Budget and Bare BonesI couldn't decide whether to give 2 or 3 stars... 2.5 would be about right. The night staff at the desk were friendly and very helpful. The morning was fine, but a little more clipped. Mattresses were hard and the one pillow was thin, about the comfort level of a towel if it was folded up. My daughter thought the pull out bed (from the chair) was more comfortable than the actual bed. Bathrooms were clean, as was the room, and the outlet was easily accessible. We didn't try the tv. Breakfast consisted of croissants, some sausage, juice, and other bread. Wifi was only available in the lobby, which was a positive since it meant less distractions in the room. But if this is important, I'd look elsewhere.

Budget Hotel But NiceI stayed at the Quality Hotel during a recent visit to Rome. First, this hotel is NOT conveniently located...at least 45 minutes outside of the city center. It is also what one might consider to be a budget-friendly hotel however, the hotel is nicely decorated, the rooms were relatively spacious for European standards and was clean. The staff were very pleasant and professional however, quite a few of them do not speak English very well (and my Italian is not very good), so communications were difficult at times...but not moreso than any other hotel to be honest. The restaurant was clean but, the food was not very good. However, they will go above and beyond to make sure tourists that are flying out early are provided a "to-go" box for breakfast and that was greatly appreciated. They also were notified that I was sick and although they do not advertise in-room service, they did bring a hot meal to my room and again, that was greatly appreciated!!! Overall, I would recommend this hotel but keep in mind that it is not close to the city and the time of year...if it is high tourist season, there will be a lot of tour groups utilizing this hotel due to the cost...lots of kids...lots of noise!!!

Not very nice attitude not recommendedStaff was clipped, it was hard to get information from them without getting their attitude. Maybe because I am Chinese? Breakfast they only allow us for 30mins to 45 mins . Wtf. Bed was OK location is too far from Rome city. Around 40min rides. And the problem I can't get it the most was they require us to check out at 10.30 am.. I dunno why so early. Could not ask for any information as well. Tried to ask some information in the front desk for the train and stuff. Bad attitude towards me and my family. Not recommended for family stay.. Only business.

Staff are rude. They hate Tourists.Morning staff was extremely rude. We walked into the restaurant for breakfast and was yelled by the woman for not sitting at the correct table. If there was no sign, how do we know certain tables are not for you. Her attitude, the female receptionists rude attitude, the room key not working (ended up using an actual key to get in, not card), no iron in room...will make me never want to come back. I recommend to find another place to stay at when in the area. I truly believe they hate tourists. which is ironic for hospitality business.

Average Bed and Breakfast Standard - Worth only one nights stayA very average bed and breakfast standard type of motel, located away from the city. Probably worth a night's stay at best Room size is smaller than average, TV is also on the small side. No kettle in the room, and no provision of complimentary drinking water. Air-conditioning available in the room. Room is quite dark, insufficient lights in room If I remember correctly, only one lift for hotel guest to use. Breakfast was limited in range. Typical croissants, bread, jams, ham, cheese and a few types of fruits. Appears popular with tour groups, so expect crowds during breakfast times There's supposed to be a supermarket somewhere within walking distance, but did not explore as we arrived quite late.
