  Awesome

  Id rather not give this hotel a good review because Id prefer to keep it a secret but I have to say that our second stay was just as good as the first! It ticks all the boxes for facilities, staff, value for money, cleanliness and location! Perfect for our stay to attend Fleetwood Mac at the RAC arena! We had an issue when we got back with having misplaced our door key card (we later discovered it was still in the room) and thankfully one of the hotel managers was standing outside ready to leave and could see we had a dilemma, within 5 mins he had us sorted, and as sleeping in our vehicle did not appeal, we are most grateful! Keep doing what you are doing because you are our new fave place to stay, weve already booked our next stay!

  Clean comfortable rooms

  I stayed here for work, and had it extended for my own holidaying. I found the staff couldnt do enough to help and were all extremely helpful, even when I rocked up after office hours and the work credit card had declined. Every day I came back to a made bed and fresh towels, fresh wine glasses and emptied bins. The rooms were fresh and nicely renovated with a small courtyard area outside for smoking or just sitting in the fresh air. The food at the bistro was delicious all three nights I ate there, and the cafe did great coffee every morning and a delicious breakfast range. With a train station directly across the street, getting around was a breeze. Highly recommend staying here.

  Convenient,Comfortable

  Have stayed here many times and all good. If you are travelling by air its only a short distance from both Terminals. The hotel rooms are very good and well serviced. Hotel provides all your needs. I find the front office staff very good and helpful. A great Hotel for overnight stays.

  A few small things would be a big improvement

  We spent one night in the Quality Hotel Bayswater. Overall, it was very good to excellent. We were in a standard Queen bed room, and it had all the standard amenities. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and, despite being next to a pub and across the road from the train station, very quiet. Fast, free wifi and friendly staff. Our only complaint was the lighting. This room really needed some bedside lamps and a reading lamp. The overhead lights were badly placed and unpleasant. The bathroom needs much more lighting. It was nearly impossible to use the bathroom mirror because it was dark. There is a lot to like about this hotel, especially the location and price. It wouldn't take much to really improve it.

  A perfectly acceptable place to spend a night or two

  The rooms are comfortable, everything works, air conditioning is fine. Downsides: every time you leave the room you must take your entry card with you; this turns off the power and you have to set the clock and re-start the air conditioner when you come back. You only get one card, so if one person goes out there is no power for the people remaining, and if they go out they can't get back in. Food in the bistro is good, serves plenty big enough, prices reasonable, service a bit slow.
