  Exceptional Staff

  We had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights. The desk staff, housekeeping were all so friendly and accommodating. We had an ocean view room, the hotel was quiet and so relaxing. It is in a great location, not far from good pubs and the town center. I would definitely stay here again!

  2nd stay and we will be back

  The staff were super accommodating and very professional and friendly. Although the restaurant was closed we were offered a shuttle ride to any of the surrounding restaurants. We were able to reserve the pool just for ourselves for an hour because of covid restrictions. They staff & management have done a great job, this place is a gem!

  Bargain

  We were so impressed with this little gem, that we are sure to come back. Staff at the front desk are very professional and friendly. It's too bad we only stayed for one Night. Their decor is so refreshing and vibrant. Added touches in the room like an extra luggage rack; premium coffee maker and super clean bathroom. Will certainly be back

  Qualicum Beach Cafe

  We had the good fortune to attend the reopening of this restaurant. It is very easy to rate this restaurant a 5 star plus. This has elevated an already fabulous hotel to a whole new level. The food was exquisite in taste and presentation within a warm inviting ambiance. Equally matched were the servers and all staff. This was an experience we did not want to end. Congratulations to all. You can be very proud of all your efforts. We will be returning frequently. Jim and Roszita Gillespie

  Excellent boutique hotel

  My wife and I stayed twice in the winter of 2020-21; both times in a King ocean view room on the 2nd floor. The hotel is called an inn but is essentially a modern boutique hotel just across the road from the ocean. Service from the bellman and front desk was excellent during both of our stays. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. Rooms are not fancy, but large and well-equipped. Everything is in great condition (in fact the hotel feels almost brand new), rooms are stocked with nice robes and plenty of towels/coffee, etc. Bed is comfortable and the ocean views from the 2nd floor room balconies are fantastic. We used the pool twice (due to COVID we were the only ones allowed in) and its also very nice and clean, very well maintained. Would be great for kids. We tried the new restaurant in our recent stay, and had a problem with our order... but thankfully the manager sorted out the situation and we left happy. Food and service were both good. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.
