  Cosy Residence

  A nice cosy serviced apartment located just off Chong Nonsi BTS, just 10 minutes walk to Silom main gay thoroughfare. Most friendly cleaning lady who speaks simple Mandarin. Front desk manager is nice and friendly. One thing I hate is that the video intercom does not work, at least for my unit. 2 keycard for 4 pax and it's not everytime we move around as a group as some has individual agendas and different times of arriving back. Tried testing but the unlock function from the suite does not unlock the door downstairs. Room and suite - averagely well maintained. No major issues. Pool is poorly maintained as the water is.. um.. I think you better not swim in it. Seen things floating. Deck chairs were bad and wasn't sand properly, you may get wood splinter if not careful. Gym - hmm only a 3m x 3m box with 2 machines. And another 3m x 3m studio, I wonder what could anyone accomplished within such small space. Thank goodness I have my gym membership worldwide access with me. 4 bottled water provided daily. Plenty of restaurants around, a heartland foodcourt next door. McDonald's just round the corner. However, I just find it weird - there's shampoo and conditioner and handsoap but no shower gel? Since when shower gel became too personal?

  The Good and the bad

  Currently staying at this serviced apartment with my family (wife, 2 years old son, mother and sister in law). There are 2 bedrooms so mother and sister in law took a room while my own family another. So the Good... ~the staff (reception and cleaning aunty) were very helpful and efficient as we checked in late at 6 plus 7. I understood that they worked from 10am to 7pm and no one will be there except the security. I have nothing to complain about this as I would not need them during the time they were not in =). ~the place is very nicely decorated and has all the basic stuff we need in an apartment. Electric stove, fridge, cups, plates and pans. There is a bathtub in the master bedroom toilet that comes with a rainshower and jacuzzi feature. The other toilet has a showerhead and rainshower too. The place is fully air conditioned, has a L shaped sofa, big tv, personal study area, dining area and has daily cleaning service. ~the apartment is like 30 secs from the nearest train station and is not more than 5 stops away from major shopping centres. Well situated. The area for improvement ~the internet connection is questionable. I could only connect to it using my phone only. Could not get it connected on my laptop and other phones. ~I wish there are hooks in the bathrooms behind the door for my clothes . ~the beds were queen size but smaller kind i think. Barely fit my family as I am tall and big. No issue with the majority I guess. ~ Others has mentioned about the lack of email responses. It has also happened to us but on very minor issue. As long as you have got your details and arrangement right in the first booking then no issue. Overall, I would recommend this place =) try it if you have not done so. =)

  Location & Serenity

  Recently I stayed in apartment 7G and it was most delightful. This apartment was in between an AirBnB and a service apartment meaning they can still provide the usual daily housekeeping if you want to OR you can request for it to be done after your total stay. The apartment also had the owners books, DVD movies and you were most welcome to have a lazy day at home if you wanted to. There is good Wifi in the lobby but if you have purchased a data sim from the airport for X days stay, it should not even be a problem as you can also turn on the hotspot if you need to work. Physically it is a 5 minutes walk to the BTS if you have kids and all around there are places to each (including Dean & Deluca across the road), a 7/11, a 10minutes walk to the Silom night market and a 24hrs McDonalds around the corner. 3 stops from Siam BTS and 2 stops to the river taxi, the location of the Quad Suites Silom is convenient and far from the madding crowd. Absolutely feels like a home for any type of trip.

  Nice stay in Bangkok!!

  We stay 2 nights at Level 5, the environment very nice, quiet and comfortable :) The only thing we not happy is we reach there about 10pm but no receptionist or person in charge standby, wait about 20 minutes the security guard came out from somewhere, then he call to get the next door management people pass the key to us. The other thing we felt not comfortable is the water heater in both washroom are very hard to adjust to warm/hot temperature, and the free wifi totally cannot connect at all, disappointed :( Overall, this place really nice to stay, bed very comfortable, provide fridge and washing machine, the location very convenient to BTS station. For sure we will stay again for next visit :)

  Comfortable Room but Reception is BAD

  Hotel is near to Chong Nonsi BTS Station, roughly 1 min walks. I completely recommend this place. It was so spacious and nicely furnished. Overall, this service apartment is clean and comfortable. But we having problem during check-in time. We being told that we can check in is any time after 2PM. Besides, we had informed that we will only check-in after 8pm, and being told that they have 24 hours receptions. Upon arrival (around 8.30pm),no one at receptions and all number provided unable to contact at all. We waiting more than 1hours at the lobby before we able to check-in. I hope they can improve on this. Except this, everything is GOOD. Recommended. WIFI provided but unable to connect at all. 3 days staying here, tried several time, totally cannot connect.
