  Enjoyable trip. Cleanliness could have been better

  Stayed for 2 nights in 3 bedroom apt. Had a great week end. Apartment was large and spacious. Cleanliness was not 100%. Dirty in corners. Stains on carpet. Balcony dirty (also found someones underwear beside spa). Booked a special that advertised complementary drink on arrival and late checkout but was told that that was not available at that hotel (even though the falls creek QT website said it was). This was the 2nd time I had been to this venue but may not be back. Falls creek itself however was fantastic.

  Good apartments, zero housekeeping

  Overall very well appointed and enjoyed our stay. Joined the QT member program and booked directly. No mention at any time of our free drink on arrival (could at least have offered a coffee voucher) nor the late checkout. Front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. There was ZERO housekeeping, not once. We were always out during the day and did not put out a 'do not disturb' sign, so no excuse. By day 3 we had to ask for more shampoo, dishwashing powder etc. These were replaced but still no housekeeping. Sure, I didn't ask, and it's the summer season, but poor. The hot tub is great. Need instructions for the washing machine/dryer.

  Quiet and modern.

  Disappointed that none of the amenities were open. Agree with others that it could be a bit cleaner, but it wasn't too bad. There were some maintenance issues that could be addressed ie loose tiles on the balcony and lights that weren't working. But overall I think it is good value for money and loved the private hot tub. The room was very quiet, not the usual door banging and noise from people coming and going that you often get in this style of complex. I would stay there again.

  lovely view, but noisy in summer with no aircon

  Lovely host on arrival, if a bit busy being by herself with many check ins. room was nice and beds and pillows comfy. Spa was too hot for us in the heat but turned off by hairs floating on top anyway!! Good bike storage and great easy location. With no aircon ( a minus really), we had the windows open and the noise from spas, other rooms and road was not great. Otherwise i would recommend.

  bushwalking and wildflowers

  we had a large 3 bedroom upgrade with beautiful mountain and sunset views. staff very helpful to provide the 2 bedrm apt we wanted to enjoy our own rooms with own bathrooms ( who wants to share not me). the lift was fast and the trolleys can take all your luggage and bags of food in one trip from car to apt. fabulous 5 star apt that was fully appreciated with the upgrade to 3 bedroom and fabulous views. a wonderful and very convenient summer base for easy bushwalks behind falls creek and on the bogong high plains. carpets wildflowers. thankyou Kat, Tessa and also the efficient guy who answered all our queries on the tel prior to booking. drop off is at the door and parking in large carpark just opposite. we expect to be back Feb 2022.
