great place to stay while in harbinthis is a modern hotel with excellent rooms, all the required services (including free internet - cable or wifi) and in a reasonable price (150$/night). 2 restaurants - chinese and an excellent japanese - gives the final good touch. recomended!!

Feels like it's closing down!First, I'll kickoff with some good points:- - The public areas (lobby & Floors 2&3) look well maintained. - Our room was on the 25th floor. - The Japanese restaurant was good. It obviously wasn't run by the hotel, as it had beer! - The Wi-Fi was free Now for the bad points:- - The entrance comprises of several doors to navigate , presumably to stop cold draughts, and is scruffy - Our room was at 27 degrees and, despite complaints and the intervention of our tour company, they could not reduce it for our 3 day stay, even with the window open (bearing in mind it was -10 to -20 outside!). This made sleeping extremely difficult and they didn't offer a room change even though the hotel was fairly empty. - Our room had the toilet in with the shower, with the basins outside. Therefore the floor was wet if you wanted the toilet after having a shower and the toilet paper got wet if you didn't remember to remove it! - They have no money exchange despite having a cashiers desk! - The hotel's Chinese restaurant was closed and was just used as the breakfast room! - The bar was closed! - The room service had no beer and we had to give the reception cash to go out and get some! - The room maid did not clean any cups or replace the coffee etc and obviously just replaced the towels, without cleaning the room! - Only 1 member of staff speaks English! Basically, I would avoid this hotel unless, like us, it is pre-booked as part of a tour! Other members of our group also experienced issues and no one enjoyed their stay here.
