  Comfortable stay in centre

  my husband and i decided to travel to cyprus for holiday. we wanted to stay two nights in larnaca as this was our arrival/ departure city. after searching online we found the qcc apartments. they looked brand new, clean and perfectly located in cetre of the town. we arrived to be pleasantly surpised as it was better than the pictures. very comfortable, clean and perfect spot, close to all the cafe , restaurants and bars. will choose again.

  Fab location clean and satisfying

  My family and i stayed here for 1 week in august. The location was great we had easy access to the city and highway so we travelled around cyprus. We went to nicosia, limasol and ayia napa. We got to cook our own breakfast and eat any time we wanted as the flat had everything needed. Fully equipped kitchen living room and bedrooms. Highly recommended.

  Spacious and comfortable

  The QCC is very central and close to beach, bars and restaurants. The apartments are very spacious with a large kitchen, lounge and dining-room all air-conditioned. My room had an en suite bathroom. There were two small defects. The bedside lights did not work and there were no clothes hangers in the wardrobes. Besides that it was excellent. Plugs of which there are many are all English size and there is even a washing machine in the kitchen.

  Well below expectations

  This apartment was booked as the property owners said children were welcome and that the rooms were sound proofed. The location was also a factor- close to the beach and restaurants all within walking distance. The reality was somewhat different. 3 double bedrooms but only 3 plates 4 spoons, 4 glasses, seating at dining table for 4 people only. Teaspoons in kitchen drawer were so dirty they were stuck together Washing machine but no dishwasher although there is a space for one The double glazing does NOT keep out the noise of the clubs and restaurants below- it reduces the sound by approx 30% at best. Music stopped at 2am Cleanup continued until 2.30am Blinds in bedrooms are blackout blinds but do not cover the windows adequately to block out the light Mattresses are either really soft or incredibly hard Soft furniture seats max 5 people if all squeezed in together Not enough remote controls for the air conditioners in each room Had to take batteries out of tv remote to put into aircon remote control Dirt and food in the sofas The lift can only get a small pram in it and one person - it wouldnt be suitable for a standard size pram or family. It takes 2 adults There is no disabled access to the building and steps in and out with no ramps No tea towels in the kitchen Not even a basic welcome pack of tea and coffee or a bottle of water No hand soap in any of the bathrooms/toilet areas or hand towels. One large bathroom en-suite in king size room but the other bathroom has only one small shower room for the remaining rooms. Shower is so cramped that if you are taller than 1.75m (five foot eight) you would not be able to wash your hair without hitting your elbows against the shower screen. Crayon/pen marks on the walls WiFi signal only works in one half of the flat No waste bin in kitchen Cot provided was broken and dirty
