  Un hotel lujoso muy adaptado a todos . Con todos los servicios incluidos.Instalaciones de muy buen standing. Una ubicacion excelente y un servicio de prestigio. Las habitaciones y el restaurante de maravilla.

  Very good hotel

  This hotel was really super. We were thinking and choosing from another but really happy we choose this one!Animation super nice, espessially Mike )If you have kid-your child will be never boring,lots of activities during the day. Animators are very friendly to everyone. We really advice this hotel.

  Its 0 star hotel

  I dont advise anyone to visit this hotel Service is very very bad no body speaks English from the staff no kettle in the room no iron nothing and when I asked they said its chargeable At the restaurant I asked for one coke after 30 min the waiter came and said that the bar is close The guy in the reception called Kemal is very bad person he cant speak English only Turkish and only taking care about Turkish guests not others All in all is very bad hotel as service as health also many people are here the hotel is fully booked no social distance nothing and there is a big risk to get sick also or get the virus COVID 19 as there is no any social distance respect

  Nice place for family with a small child.

  A nice place for family with a child. Many thanks to Karina for taking care about our 5 years daughter. Child was happy of visiting kids club each time and we were sure she is under keeping eye and had interesting activities.

  Nice place for the UltraAllInclusive October relax at Mediterranean Sea

  My husband and I just got married at September and had 1 week in October of va ations as a "honeyweek", so my tour agent Yaroslava Antonik recommended Q Premium Resort as a very good option for that occasion. We liked a lot this resort: very nice room, various mini-parfumery, magnificent interior and elements of decoration, very rich UltrAllInclusive cuisine, great beach, warm transparent sea, 2 big pools, mini-water park (2 water slides only, unfortunately), great SPA services (15 minutes free massage, hammam, coffe peeling, bubbles massage, aromotherapy and stone massage, fish massage), interesting excursion programe and very entertaining guide Roma (Roma JoinUp grop 30.10.2020 - the best). Also, animation is interesting - we wisited "Gess the melody show" and it was a real battle. However, there is one huge drawback in all this idyllic place: localization. The waiters and personel speak great Turkish, poor English, and some Russian, no Ukrainian music except Kazka "Poplakala" at all despite the fact that 1/3 of tourists (or even more) are from Ukraine and not all of them speak or understand Russian. It looks like a lack of respect for Ukrain as a country. Next dissapointing point is the sound insulation - we had noisy neighbours that had TV on all night on a high volume and it was impossible to sleep untill I called the reception and administrator resolved this problem. One more dissapointing moment, lack of reaction on out tour agent remark about "just married couple" - no some special makeouts with towels or compliment. However, you can reserve the table in restaurant, give some tips, and you will get your table decorated with flowers and be served in quicker and better manner. To sum up, strong 4 out 5.
