  Decent hotel with reasonable accommodations at a decent price point

  This hotel is a good value for the occasional tourist in Neptun. Reasonably sized rooms with bare-bones furnishings, very nicely landscaped grounds, decent sized pool and nice staff this hotel can be a very good alternative for the budget conscious traveler.

  A little sad experience

  Firstly, the good things: the room is spacious and they clean it daily. It has a nice pool to relax at and the little complex is nice looking. At the evening it was live music. The breakfast is big turn down, you have to wait in line to get to the food and i never saw this at any 3star+ hotel. Also, the food was average. To sum it up, the breakfast is a big let down. The location is at one end of Neptun but you can get to the center in 10-15 minutes of walking. It's far from the beach. Also, they did not change our towels and they say they change sheets at 3 days, again comparing to other 3+ plus hotels, this is a minus. Also, it's not normal to pay at the beginning, I've always payed at the end and it's normal to pay a service after. (we had 2 reservations, we added one extra day, and we said that we will pay cash for it and they just extracted money from our credit card without saying a word). Also, they have a policy of not bringing products from outside of the bar which again i think it's exaggerated . The staff was ok but one receptionist didn't look like she knew what she was doing.

  Average hotel even for deluxe food rooms

  We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2020. We were a group of 6 people for which we had 2 deluxe rooms and one standard. I will talk about the deluxe rooms: one of it had problems in the bathroom, one light bulb didnt work and it was pretty dark in there. Also the sink and the toilet had some broken parts. On the other room the air conditioning didnt work and when we reported this to the receptionist, first she said it will be fixed the next day but it didnt....apparently there was no one available to do the job. Also be careful with the check out, apparently there are people there who take drinks from the bar and they can put the bill on any room. The employees seem to not care to double check that the correct room is charged. We had some drinks put on our room even though we didnt consume them. Overall the deluxe rooms looks nice and they are spacious, but even though they are recently built/renovated they have many broken things. The personal is also very inexperienced. The breakfast is average. You need to wait in line and there is no variety. We ate same food each morning and the quality is average as well.

  It's a 2* hotel with a 4* price

  The rooms were smelling horrible.!Bathroom is a little bit small and some pieces of furniture, including bath need repairs. No elevator, no hairdryer, insufficient parking lot, the official check-in is pretty late (6 PM)... Breakfast is limited: do not offer too much. Would definitely not recommend.

  A fair hotel

  This is indeed a 3* hotel, with things to improve and things better than in other similar hotels. The hotel consists in two buildings, one newer than the other, with better rooms. Inner courtyard includes a nice swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and, typically Romanian, loud music blasted from the pool bar. It seems this is a cultural thing in Romania - music MUST BE loud, they never heard of ambiance. The hotel has its own restaurant which these days, because of COVID19, offers outdoor tables for the food coming from inside. Food was ok. Overall, a decen hotel for the money.
