  Great hotel for price

  It may not look all that fancy from outside as it is situated alongside shoplots, but it came with almost all the trapping of an established hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, toiletry set came with a two toothbrushes and staff were all friendly, accomodating and polite. The room did not smell of stake cigarette smoke, thank God. My only gripe was that the shower water heater didn't seem to be working. It was not that big a deal though. There is a mini market below and restaurant with good food next to it called Hussain if I'm not mistaken. The roti canai is so good and they have a nonsmoking policy inside the restaurant which they enforce, which makes it one of the rare mamak restaurants in Malaysia that families with children can dine in with ease of mind. I was made to understand that all three premises mentioned belonged to one owner so kudos to him. My family really enjoyed our stay.

  Very good.

  Most of the reviews will tell you this and so will i, dont EVER judge it from the outside. Once you enter, its a whole different world. Great hospitality from the staff. Nice room. Super good wifi. Definitely will come again.

  Very clean with lovely staff

  I stayed here for two weeks whilst working at the nearby hospital. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Theres a grocery store just next door which is convenient and a nice local restaurant (Hussain Nasi Candar) just next door to that. Would recommend.

  Medical Appointment

  The main feature choosing this hotel because it is located nearby Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah. For me, I can just walk away to hospital in 5 minutes distance without thinking about car parking. The room comfortable and toilet very clean. Here, if u need something to buy or eat, beside this hotel have shop and mamak restaurant.

  Above expectations with Clean Room, Friendly staff & Very comfortable

  Stayed for 2 weeks on business matters, very fast checked-in with very warm welcome and very nice lobby, smell aromatherapy with Kenny G instrumental music (my favourite), newspaper & magazines provided at the nice and clean lobby . This hotel consist of 2 floors shop lots but the hotel provide Clean Lobby LIFT for the guest convenience. Room very spacious with comfortable linen and 5 star bath towels. Superb amenities incl.tooth brush & tooth paste...thumbs up.. Overall are very good and definately will come back...
