  Any time again - great experience

  We have spent there two days for company workshop. The Hotel is located in quiet area but skiing area in front of the door and in walking distance to center. They offer two middle size meeting rooms. Standard but very useful for any kind of workshop. The rooms are quiet big with great view to nature. The size of even suitable for family. The breakfast was very good, warm and cold dishes and even you can press thx fresh juice by yourself! The restaurant has average food, each days some different menus, all was delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful, they even not close the bar at 10pm according to schedule, as we stayed there finally after 1am!!! The Hotel offers even small Spa and Indoor and outdoor playground for kids. Families are warmly welcome. For me if I will go again to Harrachov I for sure will choose again this hotel, no matter for family , Laisure or Buiseness!

  Nice and clean hotel

  Hotel Pytloun is a nice and clean hotel located in Harrachov. Location is a bit out of city centre but the city bus going there. Alternatively taxi. Please avoid taxi which cooperating with the hotel. It is dirty and overpriced. We stayed in a very clean modern and well-equipped room. Check in experience been pleasant and both receptionist Veronika and Jan were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant staff haven't been that great. They have been very confused and unorganised. Food except for breakfast been average/poor. For the price, we paid I would expect something better. I have been very surprised how arrogant and rude was one of the young restaurant staff to Polish guest. The Polish language is not that difficult and different from Czech and it might be useful to restaurant staff can speak Polish, especially when you consider how close Poland is. Wellness zone contains ONLY one sauna and one jacuzzi. When we wanted to use it it was full. Wellness zone in there is small and expensive. For the price, we paid we would choose another hotel in the future.

  Awesome hotel , excellant service , great rooms and a bath !

  We arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled check in time of 2pm with 5 energetic kids and tonnes of luggage. We were met by Bara behind reception who was super helpful , kind and accomodating our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and it seemed at one stage she was doing the job of 5 people ! The service in the hotel led by the elegant and charming Marketa was simply outstanding and for me was quite unusual for Czechia :) Rooms were spacious clean, with tonnes of towels and bathrobes. To my amazement there was a bath with an assortment of soaps and shampoos . What a treat after freezing to death outside ! The hotel reception is a great space to hang out in with little sectioned off sofa areas to unwind and hang out. We played pool , table tennis and used the awesome spa facilities. My friends had an excellent Thai massage whilst we hung out in the jacuzzi over looking the snowy slopes and forests. Breakfast and dinner were reasonable and I liked having freshly squeezed carrot juice. The hotel has a modern designer feel to it with warm touches of wood to soften the feeling. Its close to the centre and by all accounts you'll need a car. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Hotel u pytlouna

  Place looks nice. Food is good, but i cant talk like that about the cleaning. I can't believe what i found behind the couch a women's underwear. And the whirlpool looked nice, but next mooring i had rally bad headache. So i decided to go on massage which is next to the whirlpool and how i was looking outside of the window i saw someone cleaning the whirlpool, you won't believe what i saw they just add clorine in the whirlpool and mix it with something that is dirty and that's why I had such a big headache.

  I expected more...

  According to the opinions and the good reputation of Pytloun hotels in Liberec, we decided to take this hotel to spend a long weekend. Positive points: very good breakfast and very friendly staff Negative points: no shower gel neither shampoo in the bath (only conditioner and body lotion) and holes in the bed sheets. The worst: the half pension. they charged us 280,00 CZK per person/day and it did not worth at all. They just offer a soup + main course + dessert (small and the same type as in the breakfast). We were really disspointed with it. If you want to have dinner in the hotel without half pension (you buy it directly with the restaurant menu), you will pay the same or less. I really want to know what is the advantage to take half pension.
