  Nice and quiet

  This is a nice budget place to stay, it's well kept, quiet and clean, the staff is friendly and the room is a decent size with the usual amenities for budget hotels. There are cheap washers downstair with a water dispensing machine, no food on location but plenty on offer minutes away and the Kad Suan Kaew mall is about 5 minutes walk. There's a place to park bikes and motorbike and there's a lock and a guard at night. Bed and pillows are not great but ok. It's no frills, fair value for money. I had an early flight and had to leave before the office open and was supposed to get my 500baht security deposit from the guard who played dumb until I told them to wake the owners, had a one minute walk inside and came back with the money. Most likely was hoping to get away with it...

  Quiet, safe, friendly, a gem for those who discover

  This is a wonderful place to stay. Stayed for long time. The staff is super friendly is very convenient. It is safe, honest and quiet. Book if you can. PS Avoid Varada Place which is not safe, dishonest and pays to get good ratings.

  Great quiet spot

  Great spot. Very courteous staff. I recommend the larger or superior rooms which have a desk or table to work at. The only cons are that there are tiny ants in the building (in the 2 rooms I stayed in on different floors) so you have to be very careful about leaving food or drinks in your room. They are harmless and they do not bite. Other than that, I am very pleased and the location is excellent. Security is on site at all times too. Would come back for sure. Highly Recommended!

  Cozy place to stay

  I'm here aiming for a long stay. The staff is very helpful, the cleaning service is good. If there is something to fix they do very fast and effectively. I feel like I'm at home. The location is excellent: Kad Suan Kaew is a 5 minutes walk, Maya and Nimman Area is a 10 minutes walk. So far so good! :)

  Recommended

  We stayed a couple nights here and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The two young girls at the office were amazing at helping us arrange our transportation tor a day at Doi Inthanon National Park. Location is a few minutes from the downtown area, can tuk tuk, we walked. Very quiet area though. Recommended.
