  El mejor situado

  Es un hotel medio pero muy bien decorado.,perfecta situación para explorar los alrededores y la propia ciudad. Eso sí, bastante ruido por la noche. Clientela multicultural. Los recepcionistas intentan venderte todo tipo de excursiones.Pobre desayuno

  Excellent service

  My cousin and I arrived from Bangkok and needless to say it was one tiring trip. When we got to the hotel, the staff immediately assisted us and gave us refreshments. Our room was was extremely clean. It was pretty large for two people and we appreciated the strong internet connection there. The staff were very courteous and we loved that the hotel had a free tuktuk service to go to the town. When the service of the bus company going to Ho Chi Minh came to pick us up, I accidentally left my Blackberry in the reception area. I thought it was a lost cause but on the way to Vietnam, the hotel staff called to tell me that they were trying to find a way to get my phone to Vietnam before my flight back to MNL the next day. I loved how honest they were and Sophea, the hotel manager really made sure I got my phone just in time. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

  Awesome..!!

  Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, service was EXCELLENT!! Our tuk2 driver Mr Bunnet Heng was so friendly and really helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends & families. The price was so cheap and reasonable.

  the service? awesome!

  Staff spoke simple english. they were so polite and courteous. They helped us arrange our tours and bus transfer to Bangkok. They provided all the info we needed. as for the room, it was tidy and clean. enough space to move around. WIFI connection was strong. it was a great deal. cheap rates, great service!

  not bad at all

  very helpful staff, quite close to Angkor Wat, but really far from downtown. room is ok for the money, but not more. breakfast is just for the sake of naming this option in the list - quite formal. pharmacy next door.
