BEST RESORT HOTELThis place is hands down the true definition of beauty. Remember if you are coming from Chiang mai there will be a long drive ahead. The gps will take you the long way because the other route is more of a local route. The resort is so beautiful, the staff is friendly and the rooms are AMAZING! The view is breath taking and the food for breakfast so unbelievable. The always have something going on and the pool is a great temperature all day long. The town isnt to far and I highly recommend you rent a Vespa from town and NOT with the people next door to the hotel. Its cheaper in town and friendlier. The staff were kind and the bathrooms were very nicely designed. Only thing was the sink. It was outside and in a very strange place in our room. The beds were so comfortable and waking up to the birds in the jungle was musical. I highly recommend this place for travels.

Beautiful property with lots of room to improveMy partner and I stayed here recently during our trip to Pai. I must admit I didnt check Trip Advisor reviews beforehand, but I wish I had. Honestly, and Im sorry to say this given how beautiful the grounds are, but I would have stayed elsewhere. The shower in our room was luke warm and then kept going cold for a few seconds. Only once during the trip was the water actually hot. Although we mentioned this to reception and then an engineer came round to look at the shower, reading other reviews clearly indicates that theres a problem with the showers. In my opinion, no hotel should be above 3* if it doesnt have functioning basic amenities like hot showers. The breakfast was very limited, especially for myself as a vegan where I just had toast. Even for vegetarians there was a limited choice, and my meat eating partner wasnt too impressed either. The staff were overall very friendly, however service itself was quite poor. For example, we would have to go over to the waiter and ask for a menu most of the time. Also some of the time we got tired of waiting for them to come to us so we went to them to order. We were never checked on whilst eating, which is when we needed more drinks, so again we went over to the waiters. And when the bill came, we walked across to the other building to the til to pay the bill as we didnt want to wait anymore. Upon check out, the staff didnt really seem to know how it worked. They didnt realise I had a sizeable deposit behind reception, which I reminded them about. I also now realise that they charged me for the mini bar, which was meant to be free under my booking. Finally, our room was a premier room under the bar which meant it got very noisy when there was a musician on or with people up late at night. The positives are the beauty of the property, the rooms themselves are comfortable and well designed, and theres a nice pool. The views are definitely the best thing. I think the hotel has so much potential given the property itself, but its missed the mark and my partner and I would have been better off in a different hotel.

Great Getaway!!On a quick getaway from Chiang mai we stayed 3 nights in a 1 bedroom villa. Room was perfect, spacious, not overdecorated, and had a full working kitchen. The property is large and beautiful with lots of room to walk around. The pool is small and there are only a few lounge chairs, but it is next to a bar/snack/restaurant witha pool table, great to hang out in the evening. Staff were all very helpful. The negatives: 1. NO fresh coffee at breakfast, and breakfast foods were low quality 2. Noise travels far in this area and a party in another villa will sound like it's in your villa, but there is a 10pm quiet time. All in all, a great stay and we will go back!!

Comfy and beautiful vistas to enjoySecluded villa nestled in the sleepy hills near the Pai airport. Very lovely area where you view the small hills on the horizon. Recommend to get up early in the morning to see the fog. The hotel grounds are immense. The entire plot of land and east side of the hill is available for residents to walk around. They have a flower garden, a rice field and several quaint seating areas under trees where you can enjoy with a nice wine and breeze. The rooms are great, the balconies large enough to see the entire vista, very private feeling. The beds are comfy and soft, made for some great sleep. The morning breakfast is average, you are only given a set of options for breakfast and its not a lot of choice for healthy stuff.

Nice settingThe rooms are nice and the setting is very beautiful. We had our meals at the place as we chose to relax and enjoy the place. The food is good and the service is par excellent. The gardens are maintained well and has a lot to offer for photo enthusiasts
