  These condos are good ski in ski out location. Have to walk to end of property to get on and off hill. Can ski down to main quad lift from here. Not real great for little ones in owl area. They still need to be drove down to main area. The main hot tub was good and not busy. We stayed in a one bedroom joined with a hotel room. The condo we stayed in was very dated. The pictures on the website and the pictures from the booking company showed one of the renovated condos so we were a bit surprised when we walked in. The hotel room was pretty crowded with two beds and all our stuff and was very hot. We could not control the heat in that part. The adjoining one bedroom and kitchenette/living room was fairly spacious. We would probably not stay here again and choose one of the newer locations. If you are looking for budget accommodations then this is a good place.

  Accommodation on hill and great service - what more can you ask for?

  We have stayed at the Rocky Mountain condos many times for the past 6 years and have experienced a variety of amenities at the owner-owned condos. The management are responsive and accommodating. Skiing within 2 minutes of our door allows us to take a break during the day and get in some great runs on the backside of Kimberley!

  Unit 109/111 Great Value and Location!

  We rented through vrbo.com. Unit was exactly as depicted in the photos. Comfortable beds and good quality linens/towels. Very clean throughout and all the amenities you can ask for in the kitchen including a Keurig. The best ski in /ski out location in this complex as the unit is literally steps from the main run. Great views of the valley and the unit overlooks a green space with the pool and hot tub just steps away. Best value we could find on the mountain.

  Adjoining Units 226 & 228...Worked out perfectly!

  Think these units are owned by couple from Saskatchewan...booked by relatives so not sure how contact was made...2 families together attending a local wedding shared both rooms complete with kitchen facilities, gas fireplace, BBQ, outdoor pool, hot tub and located on side of hill only a short distance from lift at the bottom of hill. It was great in the summertime and I can only imagine how great it would be in the winter skiing. Great value...highly recommended! Watch for deer...they are all over the place including parking lots and anywhere grass is growing!

  Ski in and out

  Best ski in and out on the hill. And outdoor hot tub. In the summer a outdoor pool. And for a good price Decent rooms and rooms are a good size. With a real kitchen and fireplace Outdoor BBQ Parking can be a little crowded though
