    Excellent stay

    Punthill Apartments is a great place to stay. It is located very near to the Knox City shopping Centre and restaurants. The staff and the place exceeded my expectations. The apartment itself has very modern feel to it. The decor is nice and the place is super clean.

    First Experience of Australia

    Never quite know what to expect when visiting a country for the first time but was really happy with the outcome. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were wonderful. Convenience of having a great range of restaurants and takeaways near by.

    If you like a dirty room then stay here

    Easy late check in and early check out. Rooms were dirty and not serviced during the day. The TV was pointing towards the floor, I tried to adjust, however it kept falling down so I was unable to watch the TV. Office closed at 5 so couldn't get help from anyone.

    A home away from home.

    Enjoyed our stay, apartment clean and pretty well appointed. The staff, both reception and housekeeping were polite and very helpful. No trouble in leaving before our booking date due to Covid issues back in Queensland. The kitchen might do with a couple of Microwave containers otherwise well equiped
