Overpriced, run down, no AC, no WiFi, no bed linens, and bathing caps in the pool!

The apartment was run down and has not been updated in probably 20 years, the apartment had a constant smell of mildew, it had no AC, so was terribly uncomfortable at night, the mattresses on the bed were only foam and had not mattress liner. WiFi was only available at the pool and in the office, so no access to WiFi possible in the rooms. Upon arrival, the office is closed from noon to 4pm, so do not expect to check in when you arrive. We were charged for Bed Linens an extra 20 Euro, and they wanted the same for the towels. This was not visible to us when we booked on booking.com. The pool was nice, but they required use of bathing caps which is ridiculous in this day and age. We could have stayed in much nicer accommodations for this money and I would not recommend this facility.

    Great location

Apartment was clean, perhaps a bit basic, luckily we'd planned to eat out most of the time, as there was only hob to cook on, no oven or microwave. It was very hot when we were there and lack of air conditioning was an issue. The site itself was clean and well kept, the two pools were lovely, but wearing pool caps took some getting used to. The location was great, short walk down to lake Garda , and the lakeside was very shallow, shoes were a must if going into the water. Enjoyed the holiday a lot, would return, but not in August, that little bit too hot and crowded

    A little dated

We rented an apartment here for 5 nights at Easter and found it to be quite dated. The apartment was great for what we needed as we pretty only required somewhere to lay our heads, however had we spent more time here I think we would have been pretty disappointed. The bathroom was small and if you were to sit on the toilet, your feet would be in the shower tray. The shower curtain didn't fully open due to a chain having been put up to hold the rail from falling. The decoration of the apartment was incredibly outdated with some garish tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, there is only a hob available for cooking, no oven. the fridge door was coming off the hinges, which meant it defrosted a couple of times when we hadn't thought to make sure it had closed at the top and bottom. The bed was comfortable but it was two singles pushed together, so don't bother taking a double sheet for it. A sheet is fitted but isn't the best quality and you get a blanket and pillows. All rooms seem to have a balcony, which is great when the sun is out (which it almost always is) but the awning was in a very sorry state, it was heavily bleached from the sun and the panels were coming apart at the seams. As I said, for us it was fine because we didn't make much use of the apartment at all but were we spending the bulk of our time here, I wouldn't have been happy.

NOT a Hotel but a Holiday Village.

This is one of the many holiday villages in the Lake Garda surroundings, a village in the proper sense of the word. You have dozens of similar villas, each villa with about 4 apartments with separate entrance, separate bathroom, kitchen and terrace. Some of these apartments are private property and you will see families coming there to spend the weekend (or more) feeling exactly like home. We had 3 apartments in 3 different villas, all impeccably clean, furnished with everything one would need to cook, clean, relax, EXCEPT FOR SHEETS AND TOWELS that you either bring from home or rent from them with an additional 20E. Check-in and check-outs are done exclusively between 15-18.30 otherwise there is NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK. NONE of the rooms of the complex is equipped with AC units so if you visit between May-October expect a brutally hot weather, lots of humidity which gives the impossibility to sleep properly. Otherwise there is much green, peace and quiet, rules are very strictly followed by the community. Their restaurant is nice, probably one of the two buildings with AC in the resort but when we went there as a table of 8, they kindly switched it on to 17C but kept the fan to the minimum so no hope for a breathe of coolness All in all a decent place yet if you do not properly prepare for it in advance it could get frustrating.

    Good cost per value ratio

If you look for luxury appartment, this is not the case. But it's cheap, clean and quite. Just several minutes walking from the beach. Several supermarkets just 5 mins driving fro there. Good restaurant and mini market are close to the office.
